I was called again for the 3rd time by renew it marlboro to say they have test driven my my car and had put it on the machine and all is well but when i get there the car still has the same fault. renew it marlboro dont know what they are doing.they are just running a fly by night panelbeaters.i'll never take my car there again.and when I was waiting for my car other clients were also complaining about the terrible job done on their cars

I was involved in an accident on 15th Jauary 2019 and my insurance company which is miway took my car to renew it marlboro.i got my car back on the 5th February 2019. I used the car and realised 2 days after i collected the car that the fuel gauge was malfunctioning. I then went back to renew it on friday morning to explain the situation.they took in the car for a test and then came back to me suggesting that i continue using the car as i use it for business and bring it back Monday morning.i took the car back on the 11th February 2019.they said to me they will have to strip the fuel tank to check the problem.the lady who was helping me by the name Edna called me later the same day to say they have replaced a damaged sensor and that the car is ready. it was late already and we came to a conclusion that she will send a driver to fetch me at 8:30 am on the 12th.on the 12th i waited and no driver pitched.I kept on calling the company and the receptionist kept on saying Edna wad busy with other clients but the driver was on this way. I continued waiting and the driver only arrived at 11:00 am...when i got to renew it I was taken to the car.when I started the engen the engen light popped up. I immediately notified Edna and she called for assistance from the workshop guys.they then said to me it's nothing major they just have to clear this engen light which should take 10 minutes max.after 1 hour Edna came back with the workshop manager saying that they'll have to keep the car as it looks like its got a fuel pump problem.they then said they'll order the part and once they get it its easy to install.today on the 15th i messaged Edna to ask about the progress of the car.she said to me a driver is on his way to pretoria to fetch the part and will call later the same day after the part has been installed. it is end of business day and i didn't hear anything from Edna...renew it marlboro does not have a good customer service. and as for the workshop manager,they don't know what they doing..they claim that before they call to say the car is ready the workshop manager first tests and drives the car.i was call and yet the car still had faults...

I have experienced the worst service at this panel beater, incomplete and poor work was done on my vehicle after it was involved in an accident. My car spent over 4 months at their workshop and it was giving to me still in a poor condition. • Poor paint work • Old bumper was repaired and reused while the insurance stated on the assessor’s report that a new bumper should be bought. The old bumper was in serious damage during the accident hence the assessor wanted it replaced with a new one and underneath I could still see the marks from the past. • Covers inside the car missing • Air conditioner not working (blowing hot air) • Assessor’s report said a new mag rim and tyre should be bought and installed but they took an old wheel from another car and installed it on my car. • Gears not working properly the car was unable to go on Sport mode or M mode, it stacked on D. • Left Xenon head light malfunctioning because of the accident impact, not replaced. • Sound on the left wheel when I turn after changing the left wheel arm. • Lies, poor communication and shifting the blame is what I experienced at this Workshop. I saw some of this before I took the car and I was told drive it and see all the thing that I’m not happy with and bring it back. I took back the car to them the next day with list above and I was told by Cindy that the car should have been written off because of the damages and the things they could not get right. My car spend another week with them and nothing was done to it even today. All they do is shift a blame. They do the opposite of what the insurance said they must do and cheat us by installing old parts instead of new once to save money on their side. They are ripping us off insurance clients and King Price is doing nothing about it I still don’t know why insurance companies take our cars to this type of panel beaters.

My car was taken to your yard on 22 Nov 2017. I popped in a few days later as I had forgotten to remove my CD's within the Radio, however the battery was flat. I dealt with Monique who assured me she'll arrange that I get them. (6 CD shuttle) I have sent a number of emails and have also visited the branch again (yes it was between christmas and new year when no one was working) but left messages and no message nor emails are responded. I has also mentioned i have a base plate on the towbar which is used for the Bicycle rack. Again I have had no response. The vehicle has been written off and my worry is that the vehicle will leave your yard. But due to the number of email correspondance and visits I have made, I will hold you guys accountable if these items are not returned. Its not as if I have not tried. C'mon. Where is the customer service!!!

<p>Worst panel beater around. When you tell them they've done poor work they'll purposely sit with your car and do nothing about it until your rental agreement with your insurer runs out. That way, they can blackmail you into accepting poor work. I now have PAINT ON MY PASSENGER SEAT!!! CN43JZGP</p>
