I withdrew money at an atm but did not receive the money because the atm switched off. Its been 2 weeks now. Yesterday I got a message on the app saying the money will be refunded before the end of the day. I still did not get the money. Fnb has a very bad customer service
I tried to withdraw last week and the machine switched off due to load shedding as I was about to receive the money. I completed a debit card dispute form and emailed it. I have not received and reference, no feedback nothing. My R700 just went down the drain..ive been trying to reach out through the they're chat on the app but they don't respond
Went to webuycars jhb south to try and sell 2 cars on the 8the feb 2023.A very rude guy Frik Deale from the buyers office evaluated the 1st car.when he was done i went straight to him outside to get something from the car and he just started being rude towards me.without even greating me he said "where are the keys to the other car that needs to be evaluated,if it looks like this one I'm not gonna even bother evaluating it" He didn't say why he decided not to buy the 1st car nor give me reasons.he was just rude.it is the second time that i get attitude and bad experience from him.i even spoke to two of the employees there and they did say that he doesn't know how the treat customers.he is a very bad face for webuycars especially because he works direct with personal who came to sell their cars.
i joined in September2022 and was told that there is a promo and i will get November and December free if i go to the club atleast 4 time in September.for the month of October they tried to debit my account was unsuccessful so they called me and the person who was helping me said i should pay so that i don't miss out on the November-december promo.i paid immidiately while i was with him over the phone.beginning of November they try to debit my account but was unsuccessful because i was not expecting to be debited because of the promo.they then called me saying my membership is in arrears.a lady called Sam called me in the 9th november,i explained what had happened and she promised to track the person who mislead me and solve this for me before end of business day.she never came back to me.now I cant access the club because they say im in arrears.whoever that mislead me and gave me false information must me tracked down and delt with and Im still expecting to get the 2 months free.
The Shoprite in pimville always has long queues.the counters are never fully occupied even at the end of the month.even the elderly people wait at these long queues when they go for thier pension money.when I asked for the manager a lady who was not even wearing her name badge said her name is Thandi Mahlangu.she said she is the manager and we can go ahead and report this saying with arrogance.the service is always bad at Shoprite pimville
I was attending a case for almost 1 and a half years at kliptown court.in May 2021 the case was finalized and I was found not guilty.Ever since I've been attending the court for this matter I was not working because I'm required to provide a clear criminal record regularly.After the case was finalized I went to kliptown police station for my name to be cleared but the investigating officers wanted money in order for them to help me.my lawyer managed to get me contact details of a WARRANT OFFICE MR DR MOTA.What a wonderful man he is.I called him and explained my situation and he immediately attended to it.He made sure he assists me.he promised that by the following day my name will be cleared.the next day he called me and told me I'm cleared and asked me to come into his office so that he can give me a print out.WARRANT MOTA you are a Credit to the saps in kliptown because you do your work with dignity and not because of bribes.Thank you so much Sir
This morning I went to an fnb branch in maponya mall Soweto to print out a bank statement.After I printed the statement I realised that the statement was not verified,I asked a lady by the name blessed buti to put a bank stamp on my statement.She was so rude to me and said why did I print out a statement that is not verified.she refused to stamp the statement and said I must print another statement that is verified.i told her I always print out and ask for a stamp and they do it for me.she said I must ask any of the staff members and see if they will stamp it for me.the 1st staff member I bumped into stamped the statement for me without any questions asked.The lady who helped me got the stamp just next to her because its a stamp they keep on the floor for statements.That blessed buti woman is making a fool of clients at maponya mall branch and I'm taking this up to fnb headoffice and the ombudsmen.
on the 31 july 2020 I experienced a very very rude and disrespectful call from a vehicle recovery agent from Wesbank by the name Tracy McNair.when i tried to explain that im fixing the car as its damaged and i use it for business hence my account is in arrears,she told me she doesn't care and that she wants to know where the car is.that was very unprofessional because thats not how she should talk to clients.i will never take up a contract with wesbank again because agents are not trained how to deal with customers
I called the Nedbank credit card division during the lockdown.After a very long hold on the phone a lady by the name of Musa Molefe finally answered.I explained to her that i called to request for a relief as i have no source of income during the nation wide lockdown.She went into my profile then told me that she needs to consult with her senior.She came back and told me that she has referred my matter to her team leader and she will come back to me before end of business day.This was on the 15th of April 2020 and till today I have not received any feedback from her or anyone from the bank.my account
I was called again for the 3rd time by renew it marlboro to say they have test driven my my car and had put it on the machine and all is well but when i get there the car still has the same fault. renew it marlboro dont know what they are doing.they are just running a fly by night panelbeaters.i'll never take my car there again.and when I was waiting for my car other clients were also complaining about the terrible job done on their cars
