Purchased the KISS nail set( Acrylic French Nude) at Dischem Sandton City Mall on the 23rd of July 2019 . On the very same day while trying to apply the nails i realized that the glue is dry, practically rubber. So disappointing!
Really disappointed at the service offered at Panarottis in Maponya Mall. My son was pushed off a game in the play area and returned to me crying more than twice. Upon my observation at the designated child area, the child minder was no where to be found. As we were leaving the restaurant, the child minder approached me saying that the older boy had pushed my son off a game and hurt him but she had then spoken to the boy. Not only that but i had been waiting for close to 30 minutes and no one had taken my order. Please keep in mind that as parents we select such restaurants because they accommodate our children and we rely on the child minders to assist as we dine. I reported this case at the restaurant, my number was taken , i am not sure why because as expected no apology was offered to date
I regret not going through previous reviews on Telkom before signing a contract for 24 months . Had I known all that i do and have experienced I never would have given them the benefit of doubt. I write this review with much annoyance and pure dissatisfaction with Telkom aswell as their insurance company Finrite. The first issue with telkom is the bad network service. when i went to enquire I was told that in certain areas the telkom network doesnt work and sadly for me the consultant who sold me the phone was suppose to check my area of residence which they failed to do. So now i was stuck with a phone that does not work when I am at home in Johannesburg. I was told that because I travel the NI frequently I was most likely to not always have signal. that was frustrating but none the less I made peace with that pathetic piece of infarction i received after committing to a contract. In January 2018 I sent the phone in for repairs. a month later I received the first piece of solid communication. The email was from a Bevertly Moloke from Telkom finrite requesting that I pay 600 for them to continue with the repairs. I did so immediately and emailed back the proof of payment. I asked her to confirm receipt. Today is the 10 of March 2018 and I have never heard back from her or any other consultant from finrite Telkom. For all i know i paid that 600 to a ghost company. I have sent continuous emails and have received no response. I have been trying to call them and can never get through. Last week i went to telkom in centurion mall .and asked the technicians to track my phone. The report showed that the last update noted was on the 31 January 2018 and nothing had been done to my phone since then.I told the technician that the service was very unprofessional as there has been no communication nor update regarding my phone. I was told that I could not talk to a manager but that my matter would be escalated and that i would receive a call from the manager, as I sit her tonight I am still waiting for the manager to call me. If they cant fix my phone they need to say so and refund me my money. communicating is vital in situations such as this. I have a right to know what progress has been made on my device.Repairs is not free as I have been paying for insurance and paid the excess of R 600 so this poor service is not appreciated.so i decided to google a contact number for Finrite and not use the one reflecting on the email i received to make payment. I got through and spoke to a lady who said that Beverly had forgotten to tell me that I had to pay an EXTRA R50!!!! and oh she is on leave till next week so they cant really help me. I am fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work with my phone alot and I did not even make a fuss when I didn't receive a phone to use the interim. i have paid the R 50 and still have received no confirmation of any payment or an update on my phone. I am actually looking into buying out of the contract with Telkom. The service has not been pleasant at all. The opportunity cost of cheap data is not worth it. Stick to the reputable networks.
