Absolutely incredible experience at the Deli one in Sandton City. The staff are incredibly friendly and each and every one of them make it a truly special experience. You can see it is a family run operation as everyone is so passionate about what they do and it results in phenomenal customer service. This is before I have even mentioned the food which is incredible! The freshly baked goodies and smaller menu ensures that everything you order is delicious every time. If you have the opportunity to go here I really suggest it even if it's to grab one of their take away bites or some delicious ice cream ready to go! A must try in Sandton!
To say that the experince with Mr Shopper was poor is a complete understatement. The ordering process is extremely simple and straight forward but that is where the good experience ends. I placed an order which then provided me with a delivery date. I was told that i would be contacted once the shipment was en route. This date had come and gone without a sinple email to say that there had been a delay. I tried contacting customer service but to no avail, both email and telephonically i received no response. I then contacted the online chat system on their website and was told that there had been a delay in the shipment, which i completely understood due to covid, and that my order would be delivered soon and i was then supplied a new delivery date and a confirmation email of this was also received. Once again this date had come and gone with nothing. I then contacted them again to discuss my options and was now fed up with the service and asked for a refund. I was aksed to please email my bank details to them to a number of different emails and they would process the refund. This was done on my end but not even a reply from Mr Shopper. I was now fed up as none of my emails had been answered. I tried calling multiple times and after i was the next caller in line when the phone eventually tries to get through it says that the person at that extension is no longer available. After multiple calls and emails with no repsonse i eventually threatened to take it legal and then all of a sudden like magic i had received an email response and a phone call from them to say that my refund will be processed. It seems like they will only take you seriousy or answer your emails if you threaten them. This entire ordeal took over 2 months to sort out so in short, DO NOT BUY FROM MR SHOPPER!
The Vodacom Fibre customer service is absolutely shocking, nobody can tell you what is happening and nobody ever gets back to you as promised. I scheduled my fibre to be installed and recieved a confirmation SMS that the installation will take place at a specific time. They do not show up or contact me the entire day so i then phone the number supplied in the SMS as it says if I have any queries please contact them but none of the prompts once you get through work and all lines are engaged, I am fed up with this service I have received and have been a loyal Vodacom customer for several years. I am seriously considering cancelling this contract and it is yet to even be installed.
