Donot use this practice they are unprofessional, will drain your medical aid and not provide with the best of advise. My mum suffered at the hands of this poor practice for 3 years. So glad I took it upon myself to find someone trustworthy with integrity, ethics and morals.
I received my marks for all 3 papers written between the 4th - 15th November except for Financial reporting. I checked this morning and it was noted I failed due to the non submission and I need to re-register, this is absolutely unacceptable and seems like a money making scheme. I called in and spoke to an advisor, I asked for her name and caller ID as I requested for this complaint and she cuts the call on me. I advised her I not the only person in this situation and I am aware of complaints of the same nature. The service is pathetic and dealing with MANCOSA is turning out to be a nightmare. I will not recommend anyone to study through this institution. This is not my first bad experience with them. I will not be paying to re-register you need to find a way around this problem.
I am so disappointed with Runway, the false advertising of goods has really left me to not want to purchase from this site again .They had a big sale on certain items which i purchased and my bank account was debited. The order was then placed on hold and the next day it was cancelled. Whatever the issue was they need to honor the sales as the same items are still available on the website but at a much higher price. I will reportinG this to a higher authority as this behavior is not acceptable.
So disappointed with Estee Lauder and their service after singing praises off how excellent their products are... I am left not wanting to every purchase from them again.. Edgars was not able to assist, lady at the counter tried to no avail... sent an email on the 14th Jan 2020, 19th Jan and then on the 29th Jan.. Still no reply to the below... I have recently bought a Lancôme perfume and i am amazed as to how beautiful the scent is also long lasting... my faith in the brand is depleting... I purchased a 50ML Estee Lauder Modern Muse perfume from Edgars Gateway in September 2020 – I only started using the product from October but found the scent not to last even for an hour. I then took the product back to Edgars in November and was told I cannot do a return which I was fine I just wanted to exchange it for another Estee Lauder perfume. Consultant advised it needs to for testing As per procedure which I obliged with. She even commented as to the bottle of perfume was hardly used, she herself even smelt the area were I sprayed the perfume and she couldn’t get the scent either. So the consultant did agree with me and also advised another customer had the same problem when I spoke to her yesterday. I dropped of the perfume on the 15the December and haven’t received any feedback until I followed up yesterday with the consultant, I was told the perfume wont be exchanged and I am deeply disappointed as I paid R 1700 for a product that is not working for me. What saddens is more that I am not asking for the money back I just another perfume from the same Brand with a better result. The products I use are only Estee lauder from my foundation, night repair serum, lipsticks and make up remover and to be treated to so unfairly really upsets as a customer to the Brand along with my mum for so many years. Never have I been so unhappy with a perfume before and I would hate to deeply regret ever purchasing from my favourite brand.
My family and I ate at the umlanga branch on Wednesday the 17th Nov and was deeply disappointed with the food... burger was not cooked well and we had to send it back. The breyani was stale and cold, i told the cashier the food is not fresh and probably kept from the weekend and all she did was laugh.. no manager on site to complain or compliment... will never eat there again.
Good day, On Sunday the 23rd September at 16:00pm I visited the Edgar’s store at Gateway. I purchased products from Este lauder and Clarins and received exceptional service From the consultants (Nonthando and ?? unfortunately I cannot remember the clarins consultants name). They really made my shopping experience and purchase a happy And satisfied one. Until I got to the Inglot counter, I was looking for a lip gloss and the Revlon consultant was trying to assist me, so she asked the Inglot Consultant (Nikita) if she has any. Her response was shocking and so condescending… her response was simply “its priced much more” as opposed to replying yes I do have or no we don’t but can I help you with something else. I was so upset and in shock to her reply, it made me feel like she was judging me without even trying to help. I had products in my hand to the value Of 3000, but this she would not have known as she did not even make face contact with me as customer at her counter. I am so displeased by her service, people of this nature should not be in customer service departments and this will potentially hurt the brand. The only reason I did not approach her about her pathetic service was due to another customer seeking her attention. Please pass my gratitude to the estee lauder and clarins lady and make this unfriendly Nikita girl aware of her bad attitude. Bad Service Will not be tolerated. Regards Lushanta

I am so happy with the choice I made, thank you for your wonderful warm attitude. This industry certainly needs more people like you. Thank you!!!
