The worst private hospital ever no compassion- not what they advertising!!
The worst experience ever! Took my 16 yr old injured son there on Monday , which I regret till this second. From the Receptionist not knowing how insurance works to the Doctors :( non chalant attitude. Everything I had to ask for 2 panados after I asked as my son was in pain , then 2 tramadol for a 16 yr old, and he had bad heart palpitations after that meds after I as a parent trust them to give correct meds etc, no empathy no sympathy. I had to ask what exactly does the xray say cos the doctor is so slow and minimal of words, I had to ask for a sick note and he did not even book off my son I had to asked for a pain med script.....Ohhh and to top it off the injury was on the leg and back and he only attended to the back. NOTHING WHATSOVER! We all pay the same fees but I can surely say the treatment differs , we waited so long to be helped and everything was so rubbed off. I am dissapointed and disgusted with the service and feel I failed my son by taking him to this pathetic hospital!! Where is the Ethics, compassion, care , dignity, high quality care and service you advertise??????????????

MISLEADING CLIENTS.PATHETIC SERVICE
My aunt bought a living room couch September 2017 now fed up as I am still waiting on them and u to date no call no couch no replacemebt NOTHING! After 3 month the fabric start ripping and breaking. She then went in to report and after many calls and wasting her money to go in store to ask when they will come and collect and replace. They fetch only the 1 couch and they have made no contact whatsoever and they still in the possession of her couch. We are now fed up as I am still waiting on them and u to date no call no couch no replacement NOTHING! WE PAID CASH
