We are very dissatisfied with the Vape Shop in Cape Gate...and especially the service related to the Smok RPM40. We kept on supporting the store by buying the same device every single time and can thus be described as very loyal customers. But the device is not faulty AGAIN and it is impossible to get hold of anybody to assist - we stay in Wellington and have to travel to Brackenfell. We expect The Vape Shop to urgently reply to the missed calls and to rectify this situation as loyal customers should be kept during these trying economic times. I bought a Mobicel cellphone on 28 September at Wellington Pep Home for our au pair (who went awayto visit that specific weekend) from the start we had problems with the phone but could not leave our kids with her without having a phone, and I have a full time job so I could not take it in before today. My first off day. I took it back with the slip and everything needed and told Rowan the cashier that I would like to buy a more expensive phone (samsung) which we are familiar with! He said that the 7 days expired and insisted that the phone must be send in for repairs which would take 3 weeks. I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me that the manager is on leave and he called Lizelle to come and assist and I asked who I can phone at Head Office as they will not be losing any money as I will spend more money to buy a more expensive phone and they will send the phone back to the supplier and will be credited for it. I have been in retail and I am aware of the processes available to keep your customer happy. Rowan asked another cashier whom I can phone and she just said phone the number on the slip which clearly stated ‘available Monday to Friday’. I will not recommend Pep or Mobicel to anybody as the service is beyond pathetic and they do not care about their customers. They wanted me out of the store as soon as possible and did not want to even attempt to let me leave as a satisfied customer. If this is the type of service given to paying customers, I have no hope. I would like feedback from Pep regarding this.
Standard and BD Attorneys have the worst service ever. I tried to contact them about constant sms communication they are sending to my Ex husband. We are divorced for 7 years already and I have asked them to remove him on their lists (this happens while ‘we record your message’ apparently)...but today I received a message from my ex AGAIN! This is ridiculous and when you want to return a call they just so not answer. The worst people to deal with ever.
