I recently purchased a few Rustoleum products to finish a projects i was busy with. Some of the products had quality issues and i sent a complaint to them discussing my findings. within a few hours i had received feedback from Russell Malcolm and was personally advised on the process they were following to correct the issue. the batch was checked and Russell has told me that they will be replacing the faulty items free of charge. Not many companies offer such good customer service and therefore i will continue to use nothing else but Rust-o-leum products!
My previous vehicle had a netstar device in it. Now the vehicle has been sold and i have stopped paying the monthly subscription. Now netstar threatens to take me to court for R350!!!!! And have handed me over to a collection agency. Worst is...in all this i have had NO communication from Netstar. Had to hear that i have been over from my wife. What has this got to do with her...See you in court!!!
I would like to submit a complaint about the service I received on Saturday the 10th of march. My vehicle which is insured by Miway (Mazda BT-50 Double cab) had a breakdown about 70km from Witbank on an unnamed road. My exact location was sent via WhatsApp to one of your consultants. I immediately called the emergency number on the sticker pasted in my windshield for Miway roadside assistance. I was assisted by one of your consultants (unfortunately I cannot remember her name). although she tried to help me I still sat next to the road, about 550km from Musina, Limpopo (where I stay). I was informed that the towing service would only tow me 40km round trip. Being 70km away from Witbank it would then mean that 100km of the trip would not be covered by MiWay. I was then called by the towing service and informed that it would cost me R1500 to tow me to Witbank where I could get the vehicle repaired and sleep for the night. According to my policy (in my wife’s name) the FULL tow in cost should be covered by MiWay and not only 40km (please see attached image). After waiting next to the road for 4 hours (which is not only unsafe as well as inconvenient) I had to call my father in law from Pretoria to tow me to a garage where the vehicle could be repaired and where I could get accommodation for the night as I had no other means of getting home. (I would probably still be standing there if it wasn’t for his help) I feel very unsatisfied with the service you are providing for the amount of money my wife and I are paying every month. I will am putting this message on Hello Peter to inform other clients of what can be expected when the “@#$%” hits the fan and a claim needs to be submitted or when roadside assistance is needed. Thank goodness I didn’t have an accident as I am too scared to think what would have happened had I been injured. Would the ambulance also only have taken me 40km (round trip) from where I was and then dropped me there if I couldn’t pay the outstanding distance???
