Phoned Xerox East London for Service for a Business account on the 21 Nov 2023 Tuesday, they pushed it as urgent. They never came. Phoned on 22 Nov 2023, Wednesday. No they will come and they never pitched. Phoned today Thursday 23 November 2023. No they will come today, 3hours later , phone rings a while before the answered. phoned again and this time they say they will come, but can not give me a when. Everything is on hold coz we can not print stuff, It is a business and Xerox could care less about there customer if they take more than 3days on something they classify as urgent.
We are sad to say that Huizemark was one of our Clients and the agent did not pay their account. They harassed, threatened and spammed us even after deleting their account, that wasn't even paid for This Agent is giving Huizemark a very bad name.
Be Aware of Clients that don't pay their accounts. They will harass you, email you, phone you and threaten you 24/7. Be AWARE of back stabbing, vindictive, shallow people. When they don't understand technology they blame you for their own faults. We try our best to make our clients happy but then they turn around and insult us.
