I was on a call with an agent that ( Clive) was very helpful but the problem was that I had to jump into a meeting and could not stay on the call to be transfered to the department that can provide me with a letter to show that my account and loan have both been closed. Please can you send me the email with the letter as a matter of urgency. I do not need to be on the call with another agent, I have provided my id number and email address respectively.
I have logged a ticket with the institution to assist me with all necessary documentation for my credit application with another institution and they still have not responded CAS-606063-W3V7

Capitec has done what it does best my loan is currently sitting in the negative because they want to debit today and not once I have received my salary 💔 can someone please send me a detailed email for this reason. After years of being with the institution, this is my very first time that I am happy with the service rendered. I never understood having to wait for a full month to receive your results.
