If I could rate them -1 I would. The service of this managing agent is just disgusting. They just collect fees but do nothing for the residents of the complex. They leave emails unanswered and decided to ignore my calls during a crisis where I was left without electricity for over two days. Would not recommend them at all !!!

I have called on numerous occasions trying to book my car in at the dealership, the phone either goes unanswered or I’m promised a call back and no body calls me back.
It’s been two weeks since I ordered my products and I still haven’t received my products. They don’t respond to my messages. I would not recommend buy products from this lady.
The worst panel beaters I have dealt with. My car was delivered to them 3 months ago yet they still have not finished repairing it. They are very poor with communication and have hardly done any work on my car. I have to constantly phone them for an update only to be promised that someone will call me back, this has never happened. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I used to have a contract with Telkom which ended in 2018. Telkom has however started to deduct small amounts of money from my account, this is tantamount to fraud.
I took a translux bus 17:45 from Park station to Pietermaritzburg on 15 March 2019. The staff were not at all friendly,there were no bag tags, we had to load our own luggage onto the the bus. When I got on the bus some of the heard rest covers were torn and some dirty. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.
I have been trying for about three days now to cancel my policy with MiWay with no success. I have been inundated with lots of questions as to why I am cancelling the cover and who will be taking over my car. After this long and unnecessary procedure I am transferred to another department where I am put on hold for about 20 min. On my last attempt I finally got to speak to a consultant who also asked why I wanted to cancel and then told me she would confirm everything with me and dropped the call. This is unacceptable as the call was not concluded.
