I honestly don't even know where to begin it's been so long! I've been dealing with this since May this year. We are 7 months down the line and we are NOWHERE close to to having any of my orders delivered to me. I have dealt with countless agents, consistent wrong departments that I get put through or the call is simply put down. I have made orders with the VODABUCKS VODASTORE department (good luck finding this unicorn of a department in Vodacom, you cannot get ahold of them even if you call them directly, You are always transferred to a different department.) These are a few of the employees I have had the displeasure of dealing with and have never returned my calls or got back to me with progress: Felicia. Sello - 16/05/24 - 11:38. Busisiwe - 24/05/24 - 13:24. Thando - 05/12/24 - 09:30. Elizabeth - 17/12/24 - 11:30. There are so many other countless people that I have dealt with that I have completely lost count! There is no hope with this company anymore. I don't believe that there are any competent staff left working here. No one wants to help you and they keep transferring you from one department to the next so that it isn't their problem instead of helping you. If there is any competent staff member still working at Vodacom, I desperately need help. All that I am asking is for you to please send through what I have paid for. The number is 0712446934. The order numbers are: 2011420857 2012029523 2012344022 2012344913 There are no managers to get ahold of nor are there any agents that I can get a hold of in the Vodabucks store that actually push through and help finalise your query as the first order was made in May this year. There is a very clear message that Vodacom employees echo through: "We don't care, it's not our problem" (also good luck getting ahold of us again) There is very clearly poor management of staff, lack of leadership and no consequences for no service from call agents here at Vodacom. My final step is the consumer protection act as I am at my final wits end and can no longer deal with this going forward. Thane Alaerts
I’m literally at my wits end with dealing with your *********** staff, to name one in particular, Elisha Williams! I have sent her multiple emails regarding something that should have been a very easy thing to fix given that it’s because of your defective systems that my gym visit points were not allocated! I can already see this week is going to be the same thing again as it did not capture my Thursday and Friday visit yet again because your systems were yet again offline! I’m getting sick and tired of missing my Discovery goal streaks because of Virgin Active! When you call in with a problem, after waiting 32 minutes on hold!? You get the non-chalant help of your staff like Elisha Williams whom does not respond to multiple emails and ignores me! Just got the rudest awakening with Capitec Bank! Trying to make an online purchase and it kept failing, my limits were set high enough. Then I had 5 CHARGES of R3 something of credit limit exceeded without any warning or notification???!!! Then I call the call centre only for them to tell me that there is a R50k international limit dealing with an incredibly obnoxious and rude individual stating this to me!! If this matter isn't resolved and my money refunded for policies you DO NOT MAKE AWARE TO YOUR CLIENTS I WILL CLOSE EVERY ACCOUNT I HAVE WITH YOU!
Shocking mistreatment of my car! Absolute reckless and carelessness when cleaning my car (car was still dirty with streaks all over it!). My car smells like someone smoked in it and there was ash on my steering wheel! I DON'T SMOKE! They were so careless that they jammed my USB cable in the seat damaging it , it was clearly done with force! I'm concerned that the major service performed on my 4 series was now done correctly and professionally?! I go out of my way to look after my car only for the employees at BMW the Glen to disregard my car and treat it as they deem fit, WITH UTTER DISREGARD! If you value your vehicle at all, DO NOT SEND IT FOR A SERVICE HERE!!!!
Be careful when booking extras when you want to have your wedding here. The owners are unaccommodating of vendors and make their lives purposely difficult. This then adds to the burden on the bride and groom, ruining their big day. Completely lacking in professionalism.
