Old mutual two pot is taking way too long I got feedback from them that sars approved my withdrawal after more than a month waiting. Now they have gone silent
Vodacom deleted my prepaid number while I was still using it and now they refuse to give it back to me. I was a customer for over 16 years and last week suddenly my sim no longer works. I have logged three calls with them nobody ever gets back to me. It has been a major inconvenience to my life and business be careful with vodacom guys

I have received great service from the manager at pick n pay in Newtown. During the first week of lockdown I went to pick n pay and needed assistance which went above and beyond . he took the time to listen to me and gave me the help that I needed I thank you sir I have I appreciate you helping me even during that period of great distress
I have experienced extremely poor service from FNB lately. I have disputed a debit more than a week ago and was advised it now takes 5 days for the request to be processed. I followed their process and advised my private banker of the issue ,she reiterated by email their 5 day turnaround time which I waited patiently for with no response , when I contacted them after 5 days I was told that it is now 7 to 14 days I fear that another unauthorized debit will run this month and I have no way of stopping or disputing it ,my only option now is to move my banking services to another bank
Very poor service. People lie to you and there is nobody to take any responsibility. I have had no connection for the past 4 weeks. I have had the WhatsApp line ignore me. I have had no response to my emails and when I finally get someone on the phone line which is very rare they transfer me to a line that never picks up. Something clearly went wrong on their end as the Telkom sim in my router doesn't connect to the Telkom network at all now but instead of them sending a new sim or helping me with a sim swap which they suggested they just ignore me. I do hope Telkom is paying attention to the bad service this service provider is providing while using their network. It has been an extremely bad experience and I would advice everyone to stay away from these guys they are seriously hard to deal with
Edgar's sent me an SMS to tell me about a deal where I would get r55 airtime a month for a small fee if I replied yes to an SMS. I did so and they then converted my number to a contract without me knowing. Fast forward to when I got my phone stolen two months ago and now I cannot get a new vodacom sim with my old phone number because I need a letter from Edgar's. I have been to three Edgar's and jet stores and nobody can help me get this corrected instead they forward me to an ota customer care number who promised to mail me the letter two months ago. I have been using the number for more than 10 years and it is now taken and kept with Edgar's somewhere this is very poor service Edgars I am looking at other legal streams to get this number back as you cannot force me into one of your silly contracts and take my number as if you own it
