I would like to know on which basis negative reviews are approved and posted. Hellopeter do not have investigators or loss adjusters/assessors to determine the validity of claims and whether reviews are based on sour g****s, attempted fraudulent claims and blatant lies. A company having full comprehensive insurance and paying high installments to achieve this, doesn't need to decline claims unless they are false. The insurance company is not there to fix cosmetics of vehicles because somebody wants to take an opportunity to make accusations and get themselves a freebee. The biggest fraudsters out there are the public !

I think it is highly unfair to rate a company like this with a low rating based on the fact that they too have been nailed by a service provider. Hello, look at the times we live in. We are all falling victim to frauds, but that doesn't mean that everybody is that way inclined. The service providers should be checked on Hello Peter in their personal capacity and discretion on professionalism should be determined by websites, letterheads, Company registration etc. It is not fair to comb every company under a bad rating as there are professional, honest companies falling under this umbrella which are unfairly being rated negatively. Then there's also the fact that Hellopeter do not have investigators or loss adjusters to determine the validity of complaints and bad reviews either, so their app is as questionable in terms of reliability as any other.

Message from the Owner:- What amazes me is that when a client tries to fabricate stories because they take the opportunity that a third party has had their vehicle to blame damages on that third party in the hope to have their vehicle cosmetically repaired at the cost of someone else. From departure at OR Tambo to arrival at the parking lot and back to the airport upon arrival, drivers don't scratch cars with keys, or anything else for that matter. In fact cars cannot get scratched. If a car get's bumped one could understand that but all these little scratches that get spoken of are just not possible. Especially when a client walks straight to the scratch making it evident that they have knowledge of the damage. Then there are clients who don't just have one scratch but 2 (in two different places mind you). So when the man (or woman) on the street tries to take your Company and Insurance for a ride you are to be submissive and sweet and acknowledge such fraudulent claims or else you are threatened with Hello Peter. Being a Company with full comprehensive insurance Dynamic Airport Parking will gladly honor any claim if we are truly responsible for the damage. However, insurance or not, we will not be bullied into fixing people's vehicles who are trying to fraudulently have their vehicles fixed at our cost. I will also not be held responsible for the lack of dignity in which I treat a person who is a fraudster, liar and a cheat. We take pride in our service levels and should the situation arise where we are truly responsible for any damage, we will gladly use the insurance we pay generously for every month for that very reason.
