So i Have moved to a New Home and Requested my Line to be relocated , When the Technician arrived at my Gate he told me that they cannot install a Line Due to Cable theft. After Receiving this information i Requested a Cancellation with telkom which i was advised that the cancellation will be in affect after 30 Days , And i accepted this and noted that i might pay one last bill. And For the Last 3 Months after the Cancellation i am still receiving bills from telkom. Even if they cannot provide me a service and even the service was cancelled . i Went into Richards bay telkom Store and Spoke with one off the consultants to Resolve this matter and yet 3 weeks after seeing them , i Receive another bill. So Telkom Does not care about customer satisfaction , They Are Fraudulent and Take Part in illegal enrichment. I Will Not Advise anyone to Take a Service with them at all, They Will Not Take any Query or Issue to mind .
I Have Recently Visited a Local Trailer hire and General Engineering and Fabrication Workshop in Empangeni, I Was in need of a Few Trailer Components Such as The Springs and Brake Components , i Was Assisted by a Young man and an Older Gentlemen if it was his Father i do not know. I had no problems at all with their Service provided to me , it was a fantastic relief finding everything that i require in one shop and the parts they did not have they offered to manufacture them while i wait. Talk about Service . Well Done Guys , Keep up the good Work.
I Would not Recommend To any Couple wanting to get married , This is a Terrible Venue. We Booked and Paid For this Venue Well in Advanced and Have been Assisted by 3 Different Wedding planners , This we only found out because we phoned them after numerous months not hearing anything from them as to when we could come and discuss anything Regarding Wedding arrangements that were made. The First 2 Wedding Planners who assisted us Gave us a Whole Breakdown of what they were offering us , From Decor to Catering . But We Were soon to learn our Fate, 2 Months To the wedding date we managed to get hold of imvubu to Find out what is going on , To Find that both Planners had left and that we had to meet with the 3rd whom was the head chef. There they told us that they will only provide the venue , Food and Some Decor . Which was Okay We made a plan with the decor ourselves and worked to 11 PM a day before the wedding to set everything up. The Night of the wedding ..... We were promised that the food would be brought to the tables which was not done , There was a Buffet , The Garden chapel that we Paid FOR was no More , They Moved our Ceremony inside and Refused to Refund us For this , We Paid For Food To be Specially Made for the children attending the wedding , Which They Forgot To Make and Serve , So The Children Were Forced To Eat Spinach And This Could not enjoy themselves as much as the adults did , i Went TO management to find out about the food for the children to find that it was not even prepared . I Scheduled a meeting with the General Woman after the wedding To Discuss this , To My finding when i Got there i was politely invited into her office . I was offered a Complimentary Room for the night off the wedding which we took Which i Have On Paper , She Told me this was not the case and they had to charge me for it , She refused to take responsibility for the children's food which was not ever prepared saying it was not her staff that was at fault even though i was charged for this and that i paid for it. Then i Took up the Garden Chapel With her as well that they were supposed to contact us if they had changed anything which they did not , After Saying that we did not utilize the chapel as i paid for it i requested a refund for it which she rudely Refused and said that it was not her fault. The Food We Had Received was not as it was introduced to us on the tasting , and she also refused to Listen to reason. They set the Venue up for 57 Guests so we Requested an extra 3 Chairs Just to Make The Decor work in an Equal manner , Then She Continued to mention that there was more Guests than Paid For To Which i objected , As only 42 Guests had arrived , There is CCTV in the hall and all over the Imvubu Premises and when Requested to Footage to Prove my Statement She Said to me that the CCTV was not in Working ORDER. Very Bad Experience for a Day that Was supposed to be your Best Day Of your Life, Future Couples Please Be Careful do not Ruin Your Perfect Day With a place and people like this that only worry about the money Go into Their pocket and not the Consumer .
I Heard of The New LTE Service that MWEB Provides Hosted By LTE , And as Usual U Have to Search their coverage map to see if you are Covered , To My Surprise Their Map Showed That i Was Covered . So I Ordered the Item Seeing that they are the only providers whom Could Help me i Figured that i would Get the Service that i was promised. I was Advised that the service would take up to a maximum of 48 Hours to be activated , So i waited this time out. The 4Th Day that i still did not have any Connection i Phoned Them And WAs advised that there was a Cell C Outage in my Area and my Query will Be Tend To. A Week After not Hearing anything From MWEB i Phoned them again and Gave them my Reference number. He Did a Further inspection and found that i Indeed did not have any coverage and that there was an issue with their map. Obviously the fault is not on my side and that this is a form of False Advertising . So I gave them a solution as i Do IT work and Networking Structure . I Advised them That They Should Send me a Signal Booster as per their Service Promise , Which They Did not Do and i Still have not heard any Feedback From Them. Terrible Service , i Would not recommend them to Anyone as They do not try to help anyone .
