Beware of Sunrose online
False advertising. I beg the South African public to stay away from doing business with this Company. Selling damage goods, refuse to refund my money. People say away from Sunrose online.

Shocking customer service
I was scammed out of R2600, will purchasing shoes online. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. The company asked a 50 % on ordering and balance on delivery. 3 days later my shoes arrived only two pairs fake knock offs. I reported the account to Capitec bank and was told that nothing can be done as its not fraud, i received at least half my order. Numerous people complain about the same company. The send you the tracking number and a picture of your order the demand payment before the courier collects. I want this account to be investigated and closed our i will take my case to the Banking Ombudsman. I get told its a civil mater and not criminal. I have all the proof that this is a fraudulant account but Capitec just dont care. I have been with Capitec for 9 years but today im closing my account. I want that companies account closed as they scam 1000 of people and us the account to commit fraud.

Pathetic service at Panarottis Brentwood park. I will never put my foot in that shop again. Even send the manager an sms still nothing.

Shocking customer service
Opened an Nedbank Business Account online, 10-03-2018. On the 13-03-2018 a lady called me and my account was opened. I was told the a Nedbank Business banker from Eastrand mall will be in contact with me. Saterday i called Nedbank again after 45 min on the phone no one could help me. This morning at 08h30 i was contacted by the branch to let me know my cards were ready for collection. Got to the branch only one card was ready i was send from pillar to post. The banker got my application on the 13-03-2018 but i was never contacted. My credit card not there nor my second cheque card. Its been ten days i still dont have an account number only one card with no pin. No one help me with helping me getting the Nedbank app on my phone just to get the account started. Well done Nedbank for the great service. How can i put my trust in a bank that cant get the basics right. I have not really dont want to do business with you.
