I just keep receiving the worst service from Vodacom. First my data notifications were sent to another number. This problem was resolved a year and 2 months later, only after I wrote a review on Hellopeter. Once this was resolved the same number who use to receive my data notifications started receiving other notifications. I sent an email to the person who assisted me and to this day I have not received any feedback. Last we there was a fraud upgrade on my account. I managed to cancel the upgrade in time and have since been trying to flag my line as a fraud attempt. I have been in store and called several times but no help from Vodacom. Today I was instore to request a cancellation since y line should be a fraud attempt and I should'nt be ale to do an upgrade or cancel telephonically or online. Instore staff o not even want to open my account to0 check, they tell me I need to call customer care. Customer care tells me I need to go instore to flag the line and for cancellation. Vodacom has just lost a valued customer of more the 10 years and I WILL TELL OTHERS about the poor service from this provider.
The parking at this mall is terrible. In my lifetime, I have not experienced paying R50 for a parking ticket for 4+ hours. This is beyond ridiculous. The parking for 3-4 hours cost R7 than it skips a total of R43 for 4+ hours. No one is willing to assist you send you from one person to the other. I had a meeting at wimpy and was there for just over 4 hours. What if I did not have R50. Once paying this money, I set in traffic going out of this ridiculous parking for another 20 minutes. The boom gate was than opened and people could go through with just producing their ticket to the person at the boom gate, these tickets were not checked and anyone could have left without paying their tickets. Campus square should rethink their parking rates. They are catering to students mostly and this is unacceptable.
I have been a Vodacom customer for more than 10 years. For the past year I have been contacting Vodacom to resolve a problem I have but they are just not able to assist me. I have been to a branch and have called their customer care countless times but I am just not being assisted. Another Vodacom customer receives my data balance notifications. This is extremely frustrating as I always have check and sometime when forgetting to check my balance, my airtime gets depleted. It is even more frustrating for the person receiving my notifications. Just last week I called customer care again after receiving an annoyed call from the person who receives my notifications. I was assured by the operator that the problem has been resolved and I received an sms from Vodacom too. Yet over the weekend the very same thing happened again, she received the notification and I received nothing. As a loyal customer of Vodacom I can really not understand how this cannot be resolved and who it happened to begin with. Vodacom is just not assisting me to my satisfaction
