Hands Down the worst service I have ever received!
The WOOOOOORST and most FRUSTRATING service I have ever received. The incompetence of the staff is unfathomable, and NOONE tried to fix their stuff up. They WON'T put you through to any managers, they just leave you on hold or put you through to someone without explanation and the staff have ATTITUDE. I won't be caught like this again!

beware of Merkado
I ordered a carpet cleaning machine in May 2018 and never received it and never gotten hold of anyone on the landline provided, now the number says it doesn't exist. I have emailed and emailed and was promised a refund which I still haven't received.

Frustrated with Evermore
Become expensive for the quality of what you are buying. Won't exchange something unless its broken, no returns allowed Staff unfriendly
