I handed my phone in on 9 February and it took 8 days just to receive a quote. I sent proof of payment on the 20th of February and now, more than a month later, I am told that they are still waiting on parts! To make things worse, the phone at their help-desk in the Samsung Tygervalley branch is never answered! I once ended up driving from my house with my daughter redialing the number continuously up until I got to the shop…no answer for almost 15 minutes straight! Not engaged, ringing but no answer!!!! This was almost two weeks ago and, while there, I was shown a photo of a huge pile of boxes, the parts! I was promised that I would get feedback by that Monday, now 10 days ago already!
