Very poor service, This hardware in Mandeni is new and their service is appalling. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this hardware. I bought building material on Friday , expected delivery on Friday, they didn't Pitch, I assumed they gonna deliver Monday ...when they deliver they only deliver partially, about 400 bricks undelivered they don't communicate, I call the store 10 times they tell me they will get back to me up until I went directly to their store, then their store manager apologized and promised delivery Tuesday morning , but came Tuesday I call again he says the bricks have arrived at 10am he is waiting for drivers. At 12 I call again he's no where to be found , indicating he **** to me. Only when I call the head office I'm told there wasn't any delivery planned for today the Manager **** to you. It's so unfortunate for a Whole manager to feed a client lies , what is he teaching his employees under him , I am very much disturbed by the service this Mandeni Branch is delivering. Management needs to get a new manager for this branch otherwise we are gonna be ****med here.
Hi I have had a terrible experience with City life, My young sister, Samkelisiwe Magomba has been residing at City Life towers for the Past 10 months , I have been the one assisting her with rent all this time, My finances became shaky I could no longer afford to pay rent anymore, I then decided to send her home I paid full rent for August and when it was time for me to come through and collect her belonging I was not allowed to on the 31st of August because i was told she needs to write a formal letter stating she is permitting ,she did that and when i came through on the 1st of August I was told she is owing i cannot take her belongings ..... we tried again on the 10th they still not allowing to take her furniture. last week she was called and told that if she does not take her furniture her furniture will be sold , How??? How can we now be expected to pay the full amount for September rental just because you refused us to take out furniture, we really feel like we are being robbed in daylight here and each day this issue is not resolved we are told the amount to pay is increasing. Can we get proper feedback and clarity on this matter please because we do need this furniture removed asap as my sister has gone back home.
I am quite Disappointed with the quality of the Cars Imperial select sells to the public. I am at a dead end currently with My Ford Focus 1.0 Ambiotte Ecoboost which I bought at Imperial select Last year February. I went to do a warranty claim on my Ford and the feedback I received from Ford is that my car was bought with an aftermarket Clutch plate and when that plate was fitted it caused other damages that imperial did not check on before selling the car to me. Ford Barlowood found that The drive shaft inner CV boot has cable ties holding it in place. The drive shaft boot is leaking, Drive shaft seal is pinched, The gearbox oil is leaking onto lower gearbox mounting causing bush to soften, with a result of the bush cracking which is due to the drive shaft leaking. Upon my claim, they have advised that this has been caused due to the previous clutch repair. Which therefore forfeits my claim Valued at R8500.00 Why was I sold a car with drive shaft inner CV boot being held up by a cable tie? Who is then supposed to pay for this when it was imperial that was negligent prior to selling this car to me?
