I privately listed a rental property and immediately paid for the listing. They could not verify my husband's particulars even though we are listing the same property with them for the 2nd time. We asked for a refund on the 26th August 2023 after several phone calls from myself after seeing that the property is not listed. They did not bother to give feedback. I have been asking for a refund and I am met with ridiculous demands even though they issued proof that they received the payment.
WE BOUGHT A SMART TV ON THE 13/08/2021, FOR R7999 AND WHEN I WANTED TO USE IT WAS CRACKED AT THE CORNER OF THE SCREEN AND UNUSABLE. WE ENGAGED GAME IMMEDIATELY, WHICH WAS ABOUT A WEEK AND THEY TOLD US THAT THEY CANNOT HELP US BECAUSE THEY TESTED IT AT THE STORE AND IT WAS FINE SO THEY CANNOT TAKE IT BACK. THEY REFERED US TO HICENCE, WHO SENT AN AGENT. SHE HAD A LOOK AT IT AND PROMISED TO GET BACK TO US UNTIL TO DATE. THE SMART TV IS STILL IN ITS BOX NEVER USED BUT WE LOST ALMOST R8000.
