Have never received such poor and rude service in my life. They took almost 2 months to pay only SOME of the refund they owed me, still waiting for the rest that they promised. I would never use a LifeCare service provider again, they are rude and unhelpful . When you are facing stress from medical issues... they make it worse. SUCH BAD SERVICE
FNB deducted something off my account called "#Item Paid NO1 Items On" .. what is this??? No one was willing to help AND i reported fraud, they then said they would NOT reverse the transaction, I must fix it myself, the assistant told me I can get a new card and DIDNT explain that it wont help actually since I was being debited. They are unfriendly and rude, unhelpful and they lie
