If I could rate wilgers hospital I would give it no stars. In a ward with 5 nurses, why does my 84 year old mother need to be bathed by a man. What is wtong with the nurses? Are they above this? Very inhumane and frankly degrafing!!! You can walk passed ward 4 and never find a senior nurse. . The nurses hide behind their files pretending to look busy but there is no care to speak of! My moms blood pressure or temperature were never checked so what are they constantly writing up! No tea in the morning or afternoon. Breakfast is at 10:00 am so you hungry till then. The toilet was disgusting filthy. I have never seen a more *********** bunch trying very hard to look busy. I would fire all the nurses - they are poorly trained and lazy and lack compassion. If you value your life avoid lifecare at all costs. I challenge any of their management to staff to contact me so that we can have an honest conversation around this…

Don't ever get admitted to hospital at Lifecare Wilgehewel over christmas time. You can lay in bed for 3 days on a saline drip and painkillers with bloodtests not processed and being moved from section to section because they are maintaining (cleaning) the hospital. Dr's on standby for Christmas who you would actually prefer a second opinion on. Then escalate the matter to the sister in charge who is dismissive.

Have never received such poor and rude service in my life. They took almost 2 months to pay only SOME of the refund they owed me, still waiting for the rest that they promised. I would never use a LifeCare service provider again, they are rude and unhelpful . When you are facing stress from medical issues... they make it worse. SUCH BAD SERVICE

I was in a car accident on the 7 June 2017, My husband used his credit card to pay the emergeny fee as mine was left at the accident site. The hospital owes me a refund of over R500, I went in a few weeks later to pay the doctor who attended to me and found out that the hospital owes me a refund. I spoke to the accounts department at Entabeni who said they could not refund me as my husband used his card and they need his card to do the refund into. They told me to fill in forms with his id and bank details to get the refund and will take 10 working days. it is nearly 15 working days and Chantel Naidoo says they cant do anything about it and they need my account deatils and they are backlogged. She has given me such a run around and excuses, she asks for my contact details then never phones me, I have called her 3 times and leave my number every time to be ignored. I want my money back immediatetly, between joburg and entabeni hospital they must get there facts straight. Entabeni told me they need my husbands details as he paid, then she tells me she needs my details as i was the one admitted and need to fill in more forms. I am not driving 120km to entabeni to get forms, and i do not have access to a printer to print and do all her work for her.

This company was debiting 2 x R99.00 per month on my account since August 2015. I only realised now in January 2016. I called them on Tuesday 26 Jan 2016 to stop the deductions and get them to payback my money. On Wed they sent an ATM repayment of R400, which is not traceable where it came from, only La Lucia ATM debit order refund. No company name or reference.

Today I did a follow up call on 0861 222 917 with Queen (who is supposedly a manager) she told me I must email them proof of the other deductions because her archive system cannot go back six months prior. I must again incurre other costs as well just to prove that they deducted my money. But to my suprise her collegue Ayanda managed to access their archive system. They cannot even prove who authorized them to access my account. Which in my books is pure stealing.

I want all my money back with all the bank charges associated to those Unauthorized debit orders.

Queen refused to give me the contact numbers of this company that is stealing my money.

Since August 2015, out of the blue Lifecare has been raising debits against my Standard Bank account. Because I am non-resident in South Africa, this is proving difficult to sort out.
Needless to say, these debits are fraudulent since I live in the UK and haven't been to South Africa for 4 years.

I am not and never have been a customer of Lifecare.

This has happened before with mobile phone services companies.

Non-resident account holders with Standard Bank BEWARE!

On the 25 Sep 2015 an unauthorised debit of R99.00 with ref: 111687564 LIFEC150 was made on my standard bank account. I don't know the company and never signed any agreement with the company.
