My name is Given Mboweni I have complain against Standard bank poor service I have funeral policy that used to debit R141.00 according to my knowledge I cancelled the policy but still have debit order the service is so very poor and its really frustrating shame they act as if they provide best service but they are not
what horrible service im receiving from tracker company I complain about unauthorized debit order on their complains site and I have asked for change of ownership with no response until to date
I have complain about standard bank they have closed certain branches we cannot be able to go nearest branch and now that I have tried to call them and running out of airtime and I have requested call back via online since from yesterday with no response the service is poor
<p>My contract with Elite mobile was cancelled in August and they confirmed the cancellation that last debt order will go through in August but the debit order went through they have not uploaded the airtime on my phone tried to call their office with no response</p>
last month went to Edgars at Jabulani mall and settled my outstanding balance in full and wanted to purchase using the account and was informed that the account has been blocked and didn't get reasons for such and I decided that let me just move on but yesterday received sms that I am owning R35.43 which I don't understand what exactly it is for as according to my knowledge the account has been blocked and I paid all the outstanding amount. How can they send me statement that I am owing while they have blocked my account.
On the 21 Oct 2015 received an sms that my account was blocked should send the statement or payslips together with ID copy to the nearest branch I called customer service line if I can email/fax the requested info spoke to lady by the name of Noxolo she advised the info should be send directly to the branch, yesterday went to Jabulain branch to submit the info I was informed that should email the info. Now I am confused as I don't know what to do as I don't have clarity where to send the requested documents.
On the 25 Sep 2015 an unauthorised debit of R99.00 with ref: 111687564 LIFEC150 was made on my standard bank account. I don't know the company and never signed any agreement with the company.
Edgars so useless they kept on asking me to send the bank statement which I have sent the same twice and they promised that the same will be approved but I don't get any response on whether the new account is approved or not.
On the 28 August 2015 I bought a DSTV for R799 which includes the installation but until to date the person responsible for installing the same never arrived on the 29 August 2015 I went to Game I was advised that they cannot send another installer because they have already appointed one and the guy promised to come on the 29 Aug 2015 I was waiting for the whole day without any assistance I have paid also activated the same at DSTV agency paid R200 subscription but I Game people promised to deliver but no one came until to date. The service is so bad and so disappointing as they have made empty promises.
I opened a clothing account at Edgars they called and requested banking statement and they will revert back which I provided the same but still no response it seems that the service is bad from the start.
