Useless Apple tech Support
I received an email stating that someone accessed my account that I haven't used in 6 years and they changed the name. After calling tech support twice, because I set those questions 8 years ago when I was 15 they told me "sorry if you don't remember them good luck with recovering your account." I mean seriously how useless can you be to not give me any other options to try and help me but to be sarcastic and say good luck.

Long Waiting Hours
Waiting time at the payment office takes over 2 hours to receive a cheque. After alot of complaints nothing has changed to the waiting times.

incompitent management of call centre
customer call center not awnsering after 9 am been on the phoe for 40 min and no awnser and the call is important before the yship my items extremeley disapointed
