Consultant was very friendly and assisted with no hesitation. Provided reassurance which was really appreciated.
Was assisted by Zanele Sibiya and she was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation.
Two weeks ago I purchased medication from Clicks pharmacy in Tygervalley centre. I needed 60 capsules as per my perscription but the dispenser advised that he only had 52 in stock. He went on advising me that they would be getting more stock in the following week and that Clicks would sms me as they had my contact details ( I also confirmed my nr) as to when I could collect the balance of my medication. Two weeks and R 453.24 later I still have not received the balance of my medication. For most of the week I have been phoning Clicks Tygervalley, spending more money on purchasing airtime, only to either be put on hold or the call being dropped in my ear. I don’t live in the area, so I’d prefer Clicks confirming that I can come collect before I spend extra money having to drive all the way for nothing. This is the worse customer service I have ever received not to mention the fact that I paid for my meds and now I find myself struggling to get what rightfully belongs to me. What if my medication was related to a chronic illness? What then? Do they not see the urgency in the matter or they just couldn’t care less. It’s really disgusting, there’s no sense of pride in their work or compassion for their customers. For a lot of people, health is a sensitive matter and for others a serious matter. Did they ever stop to consider what the reason could be for the customers having to take medication. Isn’t it their job to make the customers experience as easy and convenient as possible? To Clicks Tygervalley Centre, what happened to TFC and showing concern and compassion towards your customers. You should be ashamed, taking money from your clients and not delivering the service that you promised.
