Hi, this is not a nice report on this client. Mark Kallenberg placed an order with my company for Lanyards (2000) in December 2024 to be delivered in January 2025. After delivery I received a POP with the amount paid. the money never showed in our account and on contacting him he said they are waiting on another directors signature. Another month has passed and still no reaction and no contact with him, they doesn't answer calls and there contact numbers are not working. Please do not deal with these people, you can not trust them at all or see that you have your money in your account before manufacturing or delivery of any product. They are also know as Exotic Ribbons. Their service is excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Natasha in particular because I usually deal with her.
I have never had such a bad business experience in my 18 years in business. You get absolute no service from them. It has not taken since August to get my client's order and the terrible thing is they don't know where the parcel is now. My courier was booked to collect from them and now I have been told it was sent to a different address. I spoke to them at 5pm yesterday and the parcel was still there. They had the address which it has to go to and everything on the waybill. You can phone them and they never have any answers. If you leave a message, they don't return your calls. It has been an absolute pathetic experience and makes us look bad to our client. I will never use them again for anything. TOTALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/10/18
