I have never had such a bad business experience in my 18 years in business. You get absolute no service from them. It has not taken since August to get my client's order and the terrible thing is they don't know where the parcel is now. My courier was booked to collect from them and now I have been told it was sent to a different address. I spoke to them at 5pm yesterday and the parcel was still there. They had the address which it has to go to and everything on the waybill. You can phone them and they never have any answers. If you leave a message, they don't return your calls. It has been an absolute pathetic experience and makes us look bad to our client. I will never use them again for anything. TOTALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/10/18

<p>No service. MANAGERS SCREAM ON YOU!!!! Making false accusations and treat you worse then pond scum. Terrible and this is not the 1st time. Tired of this bad treatment. Worse experience ever.</p>

Got sample clothing and my client procrastinated over a decision and eventually decided not to go with it. Vests worth R435. 00 was past the expiry date. Still in original packaging with the invoice, it was refused to pass a credit. With this credit the intention was to purchase 20 golf shirts. I have been dealing with company for 7 years on a C. O. D. Basis. The shirts were not even taken out of the despatch bag and never opened. The response was beyond putrid and pathetic. I was basically ignored and had to ask the lady in the returns bay what the reaction was by her manager. The response was a shrug of the shoulders. Huge company that treat their clients like that, don't deserve to have any clients

Bought clothing from the wholesaler, Wizard Clothing which distribute clothing under the Altitude trade mark. One of the winter jackets bought were damaged. It was reported to Wizard Clothing and they was undertook that Wizard Clothing would replace the article with a new one and deliver it via courier because our business is in Lichtenburg, 300km from Johannesburg. It is now two weeks and nothing materialized. I was phoned last week and informed that Wizard cannot deliver over a weekend because of coast. I agreed that is could be send this week. Today a Wizard representative called and informed me that they will not any longer pay for any courier cost and I could pay for my own courier if I want to exchange the item.<br> <br> Never experienced such ridiculous and shocking service and small business in the rural areas must be very careful with which wholesalers they do business with. A seven year business relationship is now damaged for such a small amount of money! It is obvious that the business from our small retailers are not any more important for a company like Wizard Clothing.
