Bought clothing online at Outletstore.co.za on 2025/10/24. They acknowledge the order and the payment of the order. However, no word from them since the acknowledgement. In their acknowledgement email it was stated that delivery would take place before 2025/10/29. They are not responding to any emails. Please people do not through your money in the water by supporting this useless business - they will walk with your money!!
Never experienced such service and professionalism. Pitch up with 13 people to do an installation in Lichtenburg 220km from Vanderbijlpark. These guys do not play around. Work was completed, 16kw system, in one day. Super neat and best of all they cleaned everything up afterwards. Thank you guys. Only one place to by your solar - Eagle Solar in Vanderbijlpark, ask to speak with Tony Coetzee. You will never regret!!
Bought a Printer with Makro Online. Payment was made immediately and the bank confirmed that payment was made. However, the online payment app came back and stated that the transaction could not be completed. NO RESPONSE FROM MAKRO. Please be very careful when purchase from Makro Online.............. Have send 3 emails and just received a response "Will provide feedback once received". Really!!!!! The response from a so called reputable retailer!!!! Have the email to provide proof!!!
Mercantile Bank ABSOLUUUUTTTTLY USELESS. Most *********** bunch of people I have ever worked with: 1. Mercantile more down than up. Today second time in a month that I had to walk out of Shoprite because I could not make a payment......Bank Systems down. 2. Because Mercantile Bank is down, I tried to transfer money to my bank account with another bank and Mercantile bank can only say " Beneficiary Bank not available"!!!!!!! Cannot even make a transfer of my money. This is how they will leave you high and dry!!!!! 3. Was on the phone to Mercantile Customer care for over an hour and got cutoff 3 times!!! Please people this is not a bank you want to be a client off. They will drop you when you needed them most!!!!!! Be careful!!!!!!
Stay away!!!! Have been waiting since 13 December 2023 for a refund. They are giving all sorts of excuses. Their website also do not comply with the conditions of the South African Consumer Protection Act. Had to open a case in the Small Claims Court to try and get my money back. Case is on the role for 21 March 2023.
Time to warn the public against the business practise of a business called Soundtech operating online from Wynberg, Cape Town and the PayFast payment platform. Bought items to the value of R2700 from this business online on 12/12/2022. Payment was made immediately (EFT) through PayFast platform. I, immediately found it strange that payment went to a certain Ridwaan Khan and not to the business name Soundtech. However, I left it as the platform used was PayFast which I thought was a reputable platform. 29/12/2022 and no items and no refund. I tried to get a refund from this business/Ridwaan Khan with no success. They are using the old trick by sending emails requesting banking details, which I have send 4 times and they still claim they have not received it!. I had to open a fraud case with SAPS against Ridwaan Khan and will open a case at the Lichtenburg Small Claims Court when it open after the holidays. This will force Ridwaan Khan to PERSONALLY appear in the Magistrate Court in Lichtenburg. It is obvious that the so called business Sountech and Ridwaan Khan operate unethically, taking people's money with no intention to deliver the goods or to refund the money. Pathetic!!!! I am also extremely disappointed with the PayFast payment platform. I would not have expected that PayFast would allow a business or private person to use their platform to take money from the public with no intention to give it back or to deliver the bought items. I will never again use the PayFast payment platform. Time to expose people like Ridwaan Khan. Be very careful when doing online business.

Bought a watch from CARLA86 on Bid or Buy. Paid immediately. Have not received the watch. Seller is now blaming the courier company after originally gave me the wrong courier company. The seller will only refund when they"know where the watch is". Will never get my money back! BE AWARE HOW THEY OPERATE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE NOT CLIENT SERVICE ORIENTED.
Clicks Lichtenburg Town!! PLEASE SOUTH AFRICANS DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RACIST AND THIEF SHOP. The most racist and incompetent staff, especially if you are white as me and my wife, I have experienced and on top of that they stole R467.49 of my money today, Monday 22/04/2019. I paid with my card at 10h32. Me and my wife bought items from Clicks Lichtenburg on Monday, 22/04/2019 and made payment at 10h32. The cashier slide the item on a metal plate before she packed it in a bag and gave to us. After payment we left for the front door. Going through the screening equipment a siren went off. The security lady came towards us, as if we have now disturbed her day. She really took her time and I got upset because other people passed us going through the machines and again sirens went off. However, these people were not stopped and searched. Why then stop me and my wife and search us, BECAUSE WE ARE WHITE???? I then demanded my money back because I will not buy from a company that cannot treat everybody equal. A male manger was called and he totally ignored me and began ringing the items back on the till. A lady manager was called who was extremely rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She demanded that I sign documents. I refused because CLICKS already implicated me as a thief. She stared shouting at me and demanded I follow her to her office. I refused. By know I have ask 4 times for the telephone number of Clicks Head Office or the Regional Office. I was totally ignored by the male manager and the lady manager and never received the number. I gave the lady manger 1 more chance to give me my money back and she refused. I told her I am walking out straight to SAPS to open a case of theft because they refused my money back. Her response was "do what you like we do not need customers like you"!!! I turned and walked out of the shop without my money AND without my items. SIES CLICKS, SHAME ON YOU!!! WE ALSO DO NOT NEED A SHOP WITH EMPLOYEES WITH SUCH A RACIST ATTITUDE IN LICHTENBURG!!!
