I recently ordered food from Roman's Pizza weltervreden park. I opted to pay cash... the delivery partner for Uber eats came on time and delivered to order but lied on the app that I didn't pay. As a result my account reflected that I had to pay for the order. I called Uber eats and had to hold for ages..I then went to Roman's Pizza weltervreden park where the manager on duty assisted me by calling uber eats. Uber eats said I shouldn't worry about the negative balance on my account. Eventually they sent an email saying that I hadn't paid for the order but they would clear my account as it was the first time I hadn't paid. I was disgusted by this kind of service as I submitted video footage of the delivery and the payment. Uber eats does not allow you to report dishonest behaviour by their delivery partners. They have automated responses that do not suit every situation. They just don't care enough about customer experience.
Autozone sold me a battery and gave me an 18 month warranty. After 8 months their battery couldn't hold a charge. I took it there twice and they refused to honour their warranty. I took the battery to battery clinic Krugersdorp and they tested the battery and found that it couldn't hold a charge. They sold me a battery and gave me a report on the battery that autozone Witportjie refused to replace. Autozone Witportjie gave me a fake warranty! They are not to be trusted.
These guys don't pay salaries.....never make the mistake of working for them!
