Applied with this company for a loan but this company debit me from another company without giving the loan then I must pay before I can get a loan with them

Refused to give voice recording for month
This company refused to give me all voice recording I have sent them emails which they egnored but will send the letter that I owe money. This company legal term refuse to give any information about the recording there agent refused to give the voice recording

Moulded and leaking ceiling for 6 months is
We had a leaking roof in 25 September 2017 the day on the 26 September we reported it in the security book as this is there procedure and left the keys for our flat. It's now the 27 March the leak is still there with mould and an odour. Spoke to different people even email requesting a new flat but up to now no one will help us. This is disgusting how they will let people stay in such a condition.
