I made a 09:00 booking which I honored by arriving at 08:55, the staff was standing outside the salon. 09:03, we were still outside the store, I approached the staff to ask what was happening, I was told they were waiting for the salon key and it would arrive in 30mins. 45mins later, we were still.outsode the store, I approached them again to ask what was happening, I was told the key was being ubered by the manager from Sandton. The staff was polite, what is disgusting is the lack of communication from the manager/store to clients who have booked for a certain time for a reason. You clearly know you have taken the key home with you, be descent enough to make it to work on time and notify clients if that won't happen. This has brought disrepute to the brand and left a bad taste in my mouth
A fraudulent account has been opened in my name at an MTN outlet. It has been the worst experience for me having to deal with the incompetence firstly of the person who opened the account with a fraudulent statement, proof of residence and ID document. This is a great let down especially from a company that works with biometric devices. Then I had to deal with consultants at Clearwater branch who seemed forthcoming with information and assistance, but that too didn't last long, because I sit at present with a query I made at Randpark Ridge MTN since December 2017 and I still await a reference number and feedback so I can forward all this to Identity Fraud South Africa. #INCOMPETENCEisMTN
