Vodacom called me and said that they are going to remove the minutes and SMS from my contract number 0662382477 and this never happened. Instead they are charging me R260 extra for the minutes and sms that I do not even use and more than these were free and included in my initial contract with them. This is a ***** as I never agreed that they should deduct the extra amount. I have called Vodacom so many times last year to resolve this, but I am still paying for something that I don't need. I am already paying for uncapped wifi.
Poor service: I have submitted a retrenchment claim in January through Clearwater Store. To date I have not received any feedback as to whether my claim was approved or not . I have sent from pillar to post, I called today and I had to hold for 21 minutes and still I did not get an answer but I am expected to make a payment. I have been paying my account well when I was employed.
I was recently pre-approved by FNB for a homeloan. I decided to go with the ABSA loan as they offered me a more reasonable installment to pay every month. When I attended the ABSA Academy for first time homeowners then we were informed about the FLISP this was after the loan was approved. So I submitted the forms after the property was registered in my name as I was not told that I needed to apply before the house was registered in my name. The bank was supposed to submit the application on our behalf as we wrote our names but that didn't happen. My application was declined because of the property was already in my name. My argument is that I am a first time home owner that is earning between R3 501 to R22 000 per month and I strongly believe that the subsidy should be given as long as I am a first time owner and not be declined especially if the lender didn't require this before the application for the bond was approved so that every one that qualifies is not robbed of the benefit that the government has made available to the South African. This does not change the fact that I am the a first time owner and my salary 3501 -22000. I am sure that many South Africans are not even aware of this subsidy.
I had taken a Contract phone Huawei G7 and last year December 2017 the phone stopped working and I called them they sent a courier to come and fetch the phone since it was still under guarantee. The phone was collected on the 14 December 2017 up until today I have not received my phone back it is lying in the warehouse waiting for the courier to come and fetch it it is now almost 4 month since my phone was taken I was promised that the phone will be delivered last week and another week has started almost finishing but I have not heard anything from Green connect as to why the phone was not delivered and at this moment I am shocked at the level of their poor service I mean they don't give a damn about the fact that you don't have your phone with you whereas they had promised that the phone will be delivered but they will still be deducting the money from your account.
