Bogart man poor online store services
I purchased two items from Bogart Man online store on the 21st of November 2025, till today no delivery, no updates, no reason of why the delay or no response from the any of their communication channel only automated messages.

Failed to pay a claim till this day.
My mother submitted a claim for the passing of her sister on 03/10/2024. She never got assistance and had to make other arrangements to lay her sister to rest. She even went to their head offices on 17/01/2025 to follow up on the claim/money because she was promised that she was going to get the money on December 2024 and even end of January 2025. They need to pay her, her money because she never missed her premiums the start of her policy in 2006.

Cloned vehicle case not attended by absa cloned vehicle department
Found out my car was cloned on the 08 January 2018. I went to the SAPS and they did their part & I sent all those documents to absa vehicle finance to the guy that deals with cloned vehicle cases on the 26 January 2018. That guy is not giving me any clarity or time frame on new registration documents. It is more then two months now. My biggest problem is that I'm paying for the vehicle every month and I am not able the vehicle because it has no registration.
