Iam rather dissatisfied with mondo because I made promises which they can not keep,I was promised a reversal of two months on my account because of the incompetence of their staff up to now still no joy
I had an experience of dealing with these two ladies Smangele Mthembu and Razmira khan keep up the good work, ur customer service skills are excellent
I will like to voice out my dissatisfaction about one of bp franchises i went there to fill petrol when they were cleaning my windscreen they scratched it this happened on the 25th September till today no one has contacted me sent the email to reginal customer service but no one also responded this is the worst service ever
Mmm the service there is terrible when an instructor is not present no replacements are given or apologies to the member when u ask at front desk u r sent from one person to another of which takes time and at the end problem is not sorted very bad because we pay for the service
