Have been trying to follow up on the delivery of an order. Retailer is unresponsive to phone calls and emails to the support desk. Potential scam, and definitely not worth the stress associated to high value purchases.
I have ordered a device from FNB connect. Having contacted the service centre to confirm a delivery date I was dismissed and put through to the courier division. I was then, in turn, rerouted to back to the service centre where I continued to hold for forty minutes. I find it unreasonable that I am expected to hold for 40minutes at my own expense for FNB connect to rectify an error in their process. (Which still has not been rectified) the reference number generated confirming the order is ********** **********
