NO WAY THEY ARE MY WAY
I apponinted a financial advisor as my PROXY. MIWAY CHOOSES TO IGNORE THIS - A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND ACTION! They WANT to speak to me, taking their voice recordings, which I REFUSE TO, as it is MY CHOICE! THey REFUSE TO TAKE OFF SOMETHING THEY JUST ADDED TO THE INSURANCE AND REFUND ME.

Excellent customer service
My compliments to Busi at the call centre, the problem regarding my parcel was sorted out and I received it within the hour. You are the best! Well done.

DETERIORATING SERVICE
Their deteriorating customer service - the last two months I have had to wait a full day for delivery - they do not scheduel a time!!!!! and then NO SHOW AFTER making prior payment. Now they do not want to refund the money I paid for gas which was NOT DELIVERED.

WORTST PATHOLOGY ADMINISTRATEION EVER
AMPATH, I asked for a FULL STATEMENT OF ALL outstanding amounts. I paid what they stated, now they come back with a "handed over" amount which I NOW HAVE TO "SORT OUT" WITH THE other company. SIES!!! You are the worst ever pathology organisation. I will never use your services as far as I can! Please note South Africans.

Netstar - loss
Despite all the communication there has been NO movement from Netstar on the settlement of my account. Mostly, businesses cannot wait for one to pay them, but it seems that Netstar is at a loss in terms of administration. If this is not settled TODAY, I am going to social media with this ridiculousness. They just want to put through another debit order, which of course, I will reverse.

NO NETSTAR
What pathetic service. I cancelled a contract which I had to take out with third party insurance, otherwise DOTSURE would not assist me. Now they just keep on putting through debit orders and not give me a settlement amount, albeit that I have asked for it NUMEROUS TIMES!!! Past pathetic.
