great service from Jabu Thabethe, very helpful and professionally conducted, also nice to deal with insurance companies that don't put you in queue and hold for help

Pleasant team, pleasant experience\(--)/
Just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at this branch. The gentleman who was supposed to attend to my vehicle was not available on the day I took my vehicle in to get my head light replaced however his team members were amazing. From the foreman, filtered down to the team he leads, I experience great service. Well done team, you have earned yourselves an additional customer as I will always come to you for my vehicle needs.

KEMPTON PARK BODY LAB SHOULD BE CLOSED
KEMPTON PARK BODY LAB does not train the staff on how to sell their service. They FALSE SELL , advise of 1 month free trial, and I was also told that the cancellation fee will be voided when they enter details on the system in the office . I was told it would NEVER CHARGED CANCELLATION FEES. I was also told there would not be any other charges to expect during the term of the contract however service fees were debited twice from my account. The KEMPTON PARK BODY LAB is very filthy, there were only 2 or 3 showers working in the ladies facilities of which the knob of one of them would fall off all the time. THE WATER WOULD REMAIN STAGNANT ON THE SHOWER FLOOR, you would bath because you are sweaty however try to move to the edges trying to avoid standing the dirty water. VERY UNHYGIENIC. They advertise the steam room which was never working most of the time. Half of their machines are never working. Inspectors should be sent out to VET this facility and see if its fit to operate or not. Their debit order reminder was always the 1st to be received and deducted. I cancelled in writing to them then was told of the cancellation fee. I asked them to check with the sale rep who signed me on as to why i should not be paying the cancellation fee. I informed him in advance that i would need to cancel at any time due to work commitment and family commitments thus he advised at the time that they would waiver the fee when loaded on the system. KEMPTON PARK BODY LAB tried to debit my account twice which i reversed. Then i got handed over to their lawyers Bennett & Associates who want to have me black listed!!!!. For what, for their false selling???? I am going to fight this one, tooth and nail and this gym should be the one to be black listed for their unhygienic facilities. ANOTHER POINT, why does the head office not take any action to have this rectified considering this has been going on for a long time now.
