I am not usually one to complain, but this platform has really dropped its standards over the past few years. There seems to be no feedback when raising a query. I have contacted them for over a week, with reminders every two days, regarding an issue with my account. I also followed up numerous times on their Twitter account. I have been on this platform for over a decade, and they used to be responsive. Now, you are routed to bots, and they take an unreasonable amount of time to attend to queries if they eventually do at all. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking of joining or investing their hard‑earned money consider carefully whether they want to be treated this way as a client. I am personally considering changing platforms.
Old Mutual has poor service; there are no replies to emails with information requests for your policy, which remain unanswered for weeks even with reminders. The call center calls are dropping, and there is no callback despite leaving your details. I suggest looking elsewhere when seeking an insurer
kip mcgrath scottburgh This education centre is a scam, we paid full amount for the kid and the person conducting this centre has been making excuses after excuses when the child need to have the lessons.
