I wanted to thank Dr Aasif Ahmed at The Dental Room (29 Hannes Louw Drive, De Tijger, 7500) for yet another excellent dental experience! I've been a patient of Dr Ahmed for probably 4 years now (give or take) and I must say that I have had nothing but the best experience each time I've gone there!! The support staff are also fabulous! Always friendly, always accommodating, and willing to assist. Simply the best team ever!! I am a patient for life, thanks to Dr Ahmed & his wonderful team!
I sent an online request in the past week to https://www.dotsure.co.za/contact-us, for someone to contact me regarding the Motor Warranty option for my vehicle. I asked that I be contacted via email (not cellphone) & I have yet to receive any feedback from dotsure. So much for selling the "great service"; yet you can't even take the time to answer my request on your website? I'm not impressed with the service!
Ever tried to call MWeb Technical Support (087 700 0777)? I tried to call them today to sort out a technical issue, and it took FOUR calls (total hold time = approx. 45 minutes!) to eventually get through to an agent! What happened today, MWeb? I was just starting to be impressed with your great service, and then you drop the ball like this!!!! Please, don't make me regret moving to MWeb. I know not every day can be a good day, however, today was just a bad day for customer service for you all. Eish! And, please, I urge you to change the hold music on the line! If I am going to hold for long periods of time, at least make me listen something decent, instead of what sounds like a child learning to play the piano!
It was my 1st interaction with GMN Panelbeaters in Parow, and I must say that I am very impressed by the service I received with regards to the repair of my vehicle. I was referred to them by Santam, after I registered a claim to have my vehicle repaired. And, while I assume the technical work to repair the vehicle is "standard' across the auto-body industry, it's the non-technical things that count: the continuous updates of the vehicle repair, the friendly service, the knowledge of the repairs, the willingness to assist (where possible), going the extra mile, etc. These are the qualities that make one service provider stand out from the rest. And, in the case of GMN Panelbeaters, they surely embody this (in bucket loads!) To Trafton and the team at GMN Panelbeaters: thank you for making my 1st experience with your organization such a fantastic one! I am truly grateful to you all!
I want to thank the Motor Claims Consultant, Reyaan Thoppay, for the great service received with a claim I have currently on the system. Very professional, and very friendly. I was kept in the loop throughout the claims process, which I appreciated. Thank you very much for the kind & professional service, Reyaan. I really appreciate it.
Worse service from ANY cell network EVER!!! Ever tried porting your current number to Vodacom? Well, in my experience, PLEASE do not!!! Despite advertising on their website that it takes "3 easy steps" to do, it does not! And, trying to do it at a Vodacom shop....well, not much better! I tried to port my current number using the steps: 1. buy a SIM card (RICA'd of course), then send an SMS with the words "portme" followed by your new SIM number to 082 767 8287. That's where the process stayed for days, until I went to a Vodacom shop in the area, who told me that, not only does that service no longer works, but if I did the number porting, it would cost me R180 in-store!! What a rip off!!! I eventually did the request at another store (who, incidentally told me it is only R6 to port - not R180!!) . The details ere sent to my current network, however, there was a delay in getting a response. After communicating with the Vodacom shop in Parow I eventually went back there to do the number porting on Friday after (after work). This was just after 16:00 and the SIM card I purchased in-store was RICA'd & loaded. It has now Tuesday 10/08/21 and to date the porting has not happened. After calling both the Vodacom Customer Care AND the Vodacom shop in Parow, it was now determined that the SIM card used is in fact problematic and hence the number porting could not happen! How great is that?? (sarcastic grin) This is not my 1st unpleasant experience with Vodacom & porting a number. However, if this is the introduction they give to incoming clients, I would HATE to think what service I can expect from them. In the end, is it really worth porting to this network, who has given me nothing but the worse customer service ever!!!
I must say that Telkom Mobile is arguable the worse network EVER!!! I've been experiencing network issues (my phone loses data network all day) so I have a phone that doesn't work half the time, so I have to wait until I get to a WiFi spot in order to use my MOBILE phone!! What kind of a network is THAT!!??? So, I tried calling 180 from my cellphone now & I've been on hold for 30-minutes (no jokes!!! ??) & I STILL didn't get through!! And that stupid hold music is so freaking annoying!!! So, right now, no cell data service, I have to log on to my WiFi to even access anything & with no real solution in sight!!! I'm VERY sure I'm switching networks to something that ACTUALLY works!! By the way, I travel to Hout Bay over the weekends, while commuting there on the beach road, I have to pack my cell away coz there's absolutely NO NETWORK COVERAGE!! Zip, zilcho, niks!!! ???? How bad is that!? That's it: I've just convinced myself to leave this useless network & switch to any other than TelkomSA!! I can't stand a service I pay for not delivering!! ???
