On the 5th of March I received a call from Senzekile Magoba ,number 082 898 9489 from old mutual. She advised that my son's policy has lapsed and needed to be reinstated. I then we explained to her that there's no way as old mutual debits my account monthly. She advised she will recheck and revert back indeed she did n said she had realised the policy was still active. I then asked her if she can be able to change my other policy which covers my mom debiting details as I changed jobs and I would not be using my persal number for my debit and want to move it to debit from my bank account. She said that's something she can assist with. On the 6th she called n said she was moving the debit as per my request nnasked me to approve the debit check, I then questioned her on the amount of R275 from the debit check request instead of the usual R234 I paid, she advised it's the system. I was surprised to receive an email from old mutual advising I've opened a new policy ,and that's not what I asked. Senzekile went ahead and opened a policy under my name without my knowledge or consent. I called her and complained that I did not ask her to open a new policy and she advised the policy restarted and she would get it cancelled. I have been constantly calling Senzekile to cancel that policy and she reassured me that it was cancelled and would not debit from my account. I even told her that ,that policy appears on my old mutual App and she said she had cancelled it. Now here we are,old mutual has debited me on the policy she *****ulently opened for me. I've been an old mutual client for over a decade and for me to be treated as such by old mutual is uncalled for and upsurt. I need that policy out of my name and my money back. And I need Senzekile to be dealt with by old mutual, I've been taken advantage of and de*****ed by her
Im writing this with so much disappointment and anger. On the 11 September 2023 @14:40 me and my three colleagues bought F2 meal and a loaf of brown bread at Delicious fish & Chips Atteridgeville. While we have started eating ,we noticed the bread had mold. We arleted the cashier who served us and she exchanged it for another bread. We continued eating then further realized that the Soft drink they gave us was also expired. This is upset, Delicious fish and chips is gambling with our health and our money. The lady Nomvelo refused to refund us after serving us this nonsense. We demand our money back and should any of us fall sick from food poisoning because of your expired food, we will take legal steps against Delicious fish and chips. Find attached pictures.
This is by far the worst service i have ever encountered in my whole life. i am flabbergasted by this company. i have been waiting for my study material from DSV for over a month! so i paid my unisa registration fee for my year modules and supposed to receive my parcel from DSV a month ago even now they have not delivered my book. DSV called me on the 27th April 2018 to say they are delivering my study materials and i gave them my new address and they promised to deliver the parcel on the 30th April 2018 which they never did. on the 2 May 2018 i took an initiative to call DSV and spoke to philile and was promised that my parcels are with the delivery guys and would be delivered either on the 3rd or 4th May latest which of course never happened. I called DSV again on the 11th May and spoke to philile who promised again that she she has loaded my parcel to be delivered on the 12 May for Saturday delivery. she gave me a number to call before 7am to find out if my parcel is loaded in the car as your delivery guys start work at 7am, guess what? "our operating hours is Monday to Friday" wow! im beyond traumatized! you service is SHOCKING!! i dont think i have any words in my vocabulary to describe your service! Now i have assignments that are overdue,why? DSV is refusing to deliver my books. You guys better pray that when ever you decide to deliver my books and i submit my assignments, that none of my assignments are rejected because of late submission,you better pray! so now i want my parcel TODAY! And im not going to shift my schedule for you guys, your delivery guys will come where ever i am! ********** 438, i demand my parcel today! 15/05/2018 and please note that if i dont receive them today il take bigger steps for you. This organisation is a night mare. i rented a property in Midrand from 2017 august with afhco. paid all the deposits and all the fees required of me. the second month after i moved in to the apartment i received the letter of demand from afhco saying that i did not pay the rent. Regardless of the effort to send the proof of payments monthly i keep getting the letters and emails.Valencia Ephraim who was busy calling us regardless of proofs is so incompetent,she insisted that we were paying in arrears which is pathetic i mean who pays rent in arrears? none the less,eventually they have released that our account was actually up to date somehow i assume as they stopped harassing us the month when i put a notice to move out.. The harassment went on until February when i decided im going to move out because i could not take their abuse anymore. i put in a notice to move out end of march. NOW they do not want to pay back my deposit because 'I moved out before my lease end'. well i moved out because of their harassment and incompetency and they bridged the contract,not me! I DEMAND MY DEPOSIT BACK, YOU GUYS THINK YOU CAN HARASS YOUR TENANTS AND EXPECT THEM TO STAY. MY complex name was minuet 32. you guys better call me,I called you enough times and emailed you and you never bother to respond
On the 23rd march i rented a card from Avis at the Capetown international airport. i returned the card on the 25th march in the same condition i found it and full tank. surprisingly when Avis returned my deposit they have charged me r555 for petrol while i had returned their car with full tank. i emailed Avis for more than three times with no response or what so ever but their impersonal pathetic automated messages. i then called Avis on the 5th April and was promised to be contacted within three days to receive my funds which was never done as well. Avis reaps off clients who supports them and their service is horrendous. AVIS PAY ME BACK MY MONEY! you guys better call me ********** 438
