Customer service don't exist
Car Doctor was recommended by my insurance they phoned me to bring the car, after 2 weeks of not being updated, I phoned them to ask for feedback, my car was not fixed and I didn't have another car.I was told they are waiting for parts, Is it so difficult to get a bumper for Toyota etios. Just bumper nothing much. I went and ask them to give back my car, they gave me my car but wanted me to pay R6500 for access.I did that until today I still have my car waiting for them to fix it.yet they took R6500. So it's going to 1 month now and they don't update me. They just don't care.

Unfairly treated
I registered my daughter at Varsity college in Pretoria in the beginning of the year . Within seven days I call them to cancel due to the fact that they gave me an incorrect information. When I told them I was cancelling they told me that I have to pay for that 15 percent of the fees as it state on their clause in the application form. I was not going to even sign those forms if they gave me an correct information in the first place. Their student advisor by the name of Justine misled me .I paid R600 for Registration R200 for sport and R18000 for school fees . From that money they only refunded me R9360. I am not supposed to pay them anything .Even when they were assisting with the registration they never explain section by section to say that there is a clause which says if I cancell I must pay.I work for the bank and I should have just reversed all my money but I didn't cause I want them to realise their mistake and do things right.
