I have requested downgrades on 3 simcards since May 2020 and everytime only 1 simcard is downgraded at a time and to date (30 Sept) 1 simcard still has to be downgraded, all the while Rain is still billing me erroneously and refusing to pass credits. There is never a coherent response when they eventually do respond.... Terrible Service
I am a trustee at a complex serviced by Motla. It is unbelievably difficult to get anyone to respond to any query whether raised by email, phone or escalated. If you prefer a provider that chooses to avoid any engagement with its customers then Motla will work for you.
Our Company had been a Corporate customer with Centracom for a few years at which stage we decided to do a review of our account. It turns out that Centracom had been billing us the incorrect rates and after highlighting this to them they only partially credited us for the incorrect billing and refusing to explain why it was not corrected in its entirety. Further they have continually been unable to reconcile and manage our account . After doing a cost comparison with competitors they were unable to match rates and so we terminated services. This too has been nightmarish with Centracom unable to work out the correct process and even unable to identify all our sites.
I ordered 2 rave burgers, 2 chips and a steers burger and a drink. The store was out of stock of drinks, they left my steers burger out and the rave burgers and chips were awful. I dont complain but this experience was too terrible not to. I watched the kitchen staff warming up pre-cooked burger patties being stored in tuperware which resulted in hard and poor tasting burgers. The chips were soggy, brown and bitter. I can only imagine the result of old oil amd bad frying.
