The WORST Financial credit provider in SA,
The WORST Financial credit provider in SA, I’ve come across. Im struggling to get hold of this institution no direct contact number. I've emailed numerous times. Used the chat box as well. I've settled the account on the 18th September, paid. It is now the 25th of September and no communication from Marquis regarding my Natis and no communication regarding the actual settlement of vehicle. The agents on chat box has literally stopped responding today. This is frustrating!!!!! I require feedback to finalize the licence of vehicle. I need someone from this institution to call me back and have this resolved today

MOTUS SELECT VEREENIGING - selling cars under false pretentions
Motus Select - Vereeniging branch I purchased a vehicle that was advertised that it has full-service history when. After all the documents was signed and I received my car I noticed that there were no service booklet the MANAGER insured me that they will order the booklet and get it stamped as it seems to be lost... it's now 6 months later after numerus complaints on email, WhatsApp and the phone I still don't have a booklet and MOTUS SELECT VEREENIGING ignores me. I feel that it was false advertising to advertise a car with full-service history and sell a car to a client promising that it had a full-service history BUT have no proof.

RUDE AGRESSIVE MANAGER from VAAL MALL
Econo Foods Vaal Mall yesterday 17:55 I parked my car just to pop in at Econo Foods just to buy a packet of bacon when a very rude and aggressive manager cased us out of his shop as his shop is closed. 18:00 all his cashiers were out of the shop, and they were leaving. If shop hours are 09:00 - 18:00 you can't chase people away at 5 minutes before you close your business???????????? I really told you MR RUDE AGRESSIVE MANAGER from VAAL MALL that I just want to buy a packet of bacon.

Dros Vanderbijlpark what a disaster
‼️****mers‼️ false advertising.. "Kids eat for free Sundays with any main meal" that's not true the Manager still charged us for 2 kiddies meals. I do have a slip to proof. Your manager Divan has can't communicate with client!! He just kept quite when i questioned the slip and why were we charged we ordered 3 main meal 2 were specials but no where you mentioned the free meals is not with a special on your adverti*****t

Wesbank cant complain about their bad service because there is NO service! Wesbank self help portal is not working!!! I then contacted Wesbank for my settlement is now over 48h AND STILL no reply nor my settlement quote. I am highly frustrated as Wesbank ignores their clients.

Kingprice prices just goes up up and up
I've been with kingprice since 2022 and im now buying a new car after kingprice decreased my installment now with the new car the installment went up ridiculously high Kingprice don't keep in mind that im working from home and using the car for personal purposes and the car is parked in a very safe environment AND i haven't had any claims since 2009

Wesbank ridiculous interest rates!
I app**** for finance for the 3 rd time at Wesbank and they approved me on over 15% interest rate this is ridiculous as I have never missed a payment, how can this be possible.

Wimpy Riverside Vanderbijlpark is the worst Wimpy in Gauteng
Sunday 10 march ordered 5 milkshakes at Wimpy RiverSide waited 30 minutes went to pay via card the money went off my account and did not reverse the manager had a very awful attitude and insisted me to pay again after i have proof on my bank app that the money went off my account and i had to wait while the manager runs off and not return after another 40 minutes off me standing the mony reversed and i paid again but still the snapy manager did not return she rather played waiter. I would suggest people to stay away from Wimpy Riverside as the service is very poor and the manager cant manage her store and talk to clients in a professional manner I would suggest you sent the manager to a communication program to learn her to communicate.
