Bad Service Complaint

I have bought a low cost fridge at Appliance King Pvt Ltd yesterday and I made a payment and as per our agreement they said they will deliver the product yesterday of which they never did and today I had to contact them again and they said the driver will leave their premises at 12:00pm when I called them back again they now saying the driver is busy testing the other client’s product to check if its working or not, I called them back again and they now keep on hanging up on me and their phone its now on voicemail.

I am not happy with MBD treatment.

good day Thabo Mokoena called on the 16th April at 15:07 from MBD regarding my Capitec Loan account and he mocked me and criticized me about my last month payment. he said my affordability is not R10 and he is not worried about my account because its not his name that is listed by ITC but mine and how do I feel paying R20 on my account. he went on to handover the phone in the middle of the conversation to the other lady without my consent, I was just hanging on the phone not sure if he still online or not. I do not believe that there is a company that allow such behavior in the whole wide world, this is unacceptable.
