What an amazing online shopping experience. Awesome pre sales advice on which product to choose, including video guidance etc. The unit arrived in no time, however it turned out to be a faulty unit, Marc went out of his way to ensure the faulty device was collected with express delivery and the replacement unit was sent to me within a very short space of time... all this during peak December period.
Awesome shopping experience, value for money, quick delivery & they even throw in freebies, will definitely use them again in future!
Been trying for days now to get hold of a vodacom consultant to assist with a double debit that they did on my account!!! Go through all the steps perfectly fine, the moment you're through to a real person it gets cut off, they call back and it cuts off again, and to think they're one of the leading telecommunications providers!
Called in to review my premiums and they reduced it with no unnecessary upselling to even less than I was paying the previous years 👌
After placing an order a few days before my wife's birthday, while out the country, Netflorist still has not delivered the flowers 4 days later... not that they would mean anything now after the event, but they haven't even responded to my emails asking what was going on!!! They have basically stolen my money from my credit card and not given me any form of recompense or even the decency of a response! This is the second time I am having an issue with them, the first time they called me on the day of delivery saying they can't deliver the requested item but will deliver something else...
Excellent service from Thobani at MiWay, he went out of his way to make sure i was happy with the premium and even reduced my excesses when requested.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our anniversary, the vase however was a metal handbag design and so i had written my whole message based on the fact that i was giving her a 'Handbag'. Much to my dismay, they called me the afternoon of the expected delivery and told me that their supplier in our area didn't have such a vase, i indicated that i was not happy with that and that my message was based on that vase, they said they understand my disappointment however they can only give her a mixed bunch of flowers in a glass vase, but that they would send me a voucher. I was was very upset until i realized that i was in a bigger city for the day, so i called back to request that they allow me to collect the original handbag style bouquet from a supplier in Durban or PMB, they said this was not possible and that they were going to send me a voucher! I then asked what value the voucher would be and they said it was just a voucher for delivery on my next order. At this rate i have no intention of making a new order on NetFlorist! i indicated that i was not happy with that, and that it was a ridiculous idea to think that i would accept a R60 voucher for a R520 mistake on their part. They assured me that i would still receive the 'handbag' bouquet but just not on my anniversary, they said it would be delivered 2 days later. I then became bit more relaxed and agreed to that. We are now almost a month later and i have not received the 'handbag' bouquet!
