Poor etiquette
The staff does not have etiquette at all. Does not know how to handle stressful situations. The owner only said sort it out with them. I would have expected more from the owner herself.

No service and humanity
Really not a good insurance option. You can call the call centre everyday, they just say they are waiting for the claim handler. They broke into our property. The tenant needed to move in. Emergency repairs needed to be done. We are still waiting for the claim to be approved. I lost a tenant and almost the house. They just do not care at all.

Very bad place to be
This is not a good place to be. Selling drugs, underaged kids drinking, the owner is always part of asulting someone he just do not like the day. The police is struggling to close the place down.
