This business Pineapple insurance are harrasing me. Ive never asked for an insurance quote but they keep on calling me, while Im at work. Ive blocked so many numbers and they keep on calling from new numbers. Ive asked please delete me from their database with no luck at all
Never take out the Builders warehouse store credit card. They add and deduct stuff on the account from foschini carnival city or from Game head office and you cant understand what is going on with the statement. Then every time when you use your builders credit card on their online store they would like to call you. They do not call while you are making a purchase they call you an hour afterwards or a day afterwards. If you cannot answer the call they block the card. Now Im a beauty the****** and cannot answer my phone at work. If you try to call back you must hold 10 to 20 minutes for their fraud dept because they block your account not because of fraud but because you cannot answer your phone. It takes R150 airtime every time to unblock the account.

I have been trying for 7 days to get my loan balance from Directaxis without any luck ive called the number twice a day You get to a switch board with someone transferring you from the one to next operator without any luck I am on debt review but have settled all of my other debt but cannot settle this account cause there is nobody willing to help me at the call centre
I had a woolworths credit card. I had difficulty with my repayments for a while after I was unemployed for a while. Although I still made a payment each and every month of what I could effore at that moment Woolworths still made a decision to summons me. I then made payment arrangements with their attorney. After a few months I got a phonecall telling me to make my payments directly at woolworths again since I kept my side of the payment arrangement. This is where the trouble started since there was no correspondence from anybody involving woolworths after that. I kept on making payments of R1000 every month to woolworths for about a year then I received a sms fron Consumer friend to tell me no payments were made. I phoned woolworths they told me that they cannot open my account its blocked and they wont be able to see my payments I then phoned consumer friend that told me they cannot see any payments that I have made for the past year Now my problem is WHY IS THE CORRESPONDENCE SO BAD BETWEEN CONSUMER FRIEND AND WOOLWORTHS? WHY CANT WOOLWORTHS SHOW THEM THE PAYMENTS THAT IVE MADE Why havent anyone told me to keep all my receipts as proof? Where has the money gone that Ive paid?

I made payment arrangements with the attorneys involved and paid R1000 each month thereafter After about three months the attorney told me to start making my payments directly at woolworths again. Last night I received an sms from Consumer Friend that they havent received my payment I was not told by anyone that my account is now with consumer friend I phoned them and they told me they cannot see any payment that I have made for the last year and that I should sent them proof of payment I do not still have all my receipts for the last year Now my question is why is the correspondence so bad between woolworths and consumer friend Why can consumer friend not get my payment info from woolworths (their client) directly They are very unprofessional on the phone and dont have a clue about the accounts that they are handling
