I recently went on holiday to this holiday farm and I was blown away by the service. I felt I had come back to the good old-fashioned holiday resort. Coffee was served to us in our rooms early in the morning every day. Every meal was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Each day, hikes were organised twice a day. Tea was served at 11 0clock and at 16:00. At night, games were arranged like thirty seconds and Pictionary. The whole experience was a delight. There are 2 tennis courts and a swimming pool. There is something to to do every day. Oh yes, before I forget, there is a lovely games room with a pool table as well as table tennis. This was one of the best holidays I have ever experienced.
I have found the demographics of AirbnB has changed over the years. kI used to get customers from overseas or on a business trip. Lately I have got customers who are down and out. They are unable to pay a deposit or provide salary slips for a more permanent rental, and so they do Airbnb, which requires no deposit or salary slips. Airbnb has become a perfect place for people who want to get cheap long-term accommodation. After my last client, who was down-and-out, I decided to take myself off the Airbnb platform. There is no regulatory body to regulate the clients who choose Airbnb.
I used Uber Eats for the first time this evening and I was very disappointed. The delivery person Paddington did not even arrive. I phoned his number and it was the wrong number. I paid in full for the meal but have not received it. I have decided not to use Uber Eats again. The delivery man claimed that I gave him the wrong address but my flatmate gave the same address that I gave and there was no problem.
I want to give a big shout-out to Mponseng Ncube at Checkes for outstanding service at the tills. She checked that none of the eggs in my egg carton were cracked and sent for a fresh carton because one was cracked. This attention to detail is amazing and makes shopping at Cresta Checkers worthwhile. I love shopping at Checkers. They have so many specials and I save every time I shop there. Thank you Checkers for a great service. Mponseng had a beautiful smile and helpful manner. I definitely would recommend her as a great asset to Checkers. Keep on smiling.
I am shocked at the level of bad service offered by Nedbank Cresta. I went in yesterday to enquire about my bond. The salesman was very friendly and very charming. There was no internet and the man who served me Katlheho could not email me the correct documents. He promised to phone me at 10:30 yesterday but failed to do so. I went in today and he emailed me the incorrect documents. It had a lady's name on it who was not me. I frankly thought this was a ****. I am disappointed by the service. I have to go in again to sort this problem out. I am definitely not going to fill in documents with another person's name on it. very time I go to l Nedbank the service seems to deteriorate and get worse. Nedbank is wasting my time
I love going to Curves. It is just right for me as it is a complete workout in half an hour. The coaches are very friendly and helpful. The tag machine needs to be fixed.
I recently rejoined Curves in fitness in Northcliff and I have been bitterly disappointed. The owner Ruby has moved the gym to a little hovel in Northcliff to save money. It is an absolute hovel in a dark and dingy ba*****t. The equipment is badly in need of repairs. Some equipment remains broken. I was promised a tag in December and it is been a month and I have not received a tag. I booked an appointment for a fitness review and no one arrived. No explanation was given. Ruby is never at the gym. It feels like things are deteriorating fast and Ruby does not seem concerned. I spoke to many gym members at Curves and they are also deeply dissatisfied. Is there no quality control for Curves gyms? I was so impressed with the previous Curves, there were great instructors and the venue was amazing. Every month there were challenges and the owner was very present. It used to be a great gym but like the rest of South Africa, it has deteriorated. I am hugely dissapointed
I was at Miladys at Cresta and my phone was ******. I notified the manager but she was very disinterested. One of the kind attendants was very sympathetic and immediately told me to go to Vodacom to cancel my SIM card. I thought the manager would be more caring and alert to security, look at the security cameras, or even inform Cresta management. She was very clear that it was not her problem. Overall my experience at Milady's was very lukewarm.
I am deeply unhappy with this company and a man called James Hawkins. I received an email from a company called Geek squad sent by a man called James Hawkins saying they are renewing my subscription. I did not sign up to any of these subscriptions. I emailed them and have received no reply.
The best burgers in town. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of Duke's Burgers. They are juicy and tasty and always a treat to eat. I love the variety of flavors.
