I have had the worst experience with this company from the first month I rented with them, they did not return the lease agreement to me signed by the landlord, nor give me any invoice which I have requested many times from the agent I was dealing with Fezi Kolele, a few days before moving out, that is when I met herfor the first time because she had to bring people to view the premises and her supervisor Siyabonga Thabatha, the full seven months I stayed there they never viewed the house with me or inspected it. They said I would not receive the deposit back until 21 days after vacating. I vacated earlier on the 28th of July, and Siya mentioned that he was impressed that I left the premises clean and up until today, the 13th of September, I have been made promise upon promise about getting my full deposit back by both agents. They have now decided to ignore my texts.
I have had nothing but the worst experience with paxi this past month and a half, as a matter of fact they are no longer responding on whatsapp, my parcel is lost which was sent on the 23rd of July 2024.
Paxi is so unreliable and does not give any feedback to queries, they sent my parcel to the wrong pep store and it's been three weeks and not a single feedback from them
I bought a huggle hoodie and it's so nice and soft. Great quality. The service was awesome and delivery was quick. Definitely would recommend and I'll be purchasing from Snatcher again.
The real estate agent did not assist with any maintenance issues nor did she communicate with me regarding my deposit when I had vacated the premises, she would not answer my calls and messages, until I approached the court to file for a civil case. Very bad and unprofessional services.
Jazz's panel beaters is a fraudulent business. They promise to do their job, but mess up your vehicle. Paint jobs are bad, body work is horrible. He is after money, he will keep your car at his workshop for months not touching your vehicle and demands money. He has awful manners, rude and threatens you when he doesn't get his way. Radios get stolen from people's cars. He takes no accountability. He has nyaope boys working for him.
Poor customer service, bus is wet, Aircon is leaking, bus is stuffy and cold. The bus is 3 and half hours behind because of a mechanical break down. We are stuck in graaf Reinet and the bus driver is being rude to us, lack of empathy and communication. I'll never use this bus company nor recommend.
Lost parcel. No refund. Pathetic service. Do not order from this company. DO NOT ORDER I REPEAT.
